The ORA apartments are really nice and well kept in good shape and condition. The staff are really nice and very helpful with any questions and concerns that I have had. I love all of the amenities they have to offer for kids and my pets.

The ORA is a really nice place to live. They have a lot of good amenities like a 24 hour gym, a dog park for your dogs, and a nice playground for your kids. They also have a really nice pool and areas where you can grill and have fun with your friends and family. All the stuff are really nice and very helpful with all of your needs.

I have been living at ORA for two weeks and absolutely love it. I had some things that needed maintenance attention from the previous tenants. Maintenance responded to my concerns immediately and fixed both of my issues the same day. The community is kept clean and quiet for the most part. Each resident has one covered parking spot at no additional cost. I had absolutely no storage in my old place and the storage in my ORA apartment is incredible. The leasing office team is extremely friendly and professional.

Great value. Very happy here. Entire team is a class act. As a 4 year resident I wish to express my sincere appreciation and satisfaction for a very professional and concerned office staff that will make it their priority to address your needs or concerns asap. They don't tolerate rule breakers. There's also an after-hours security company that monitors the property. The maintenance staff is amazing and super devoted to expedite any tenant maintenance - I never had to wait more than the next day for them to appear. Their long term with Ora like the office staff and that speaks for itself. The grounds are kept impeccable and clean with a weekly landscaping crew. The resort size heated pool and hot tub and fully equipped gym are the jewel of the property, also cleaned and backwashed daily. Apartments are roomy with tons of cabinets, large balconies with an adjacent storage room. Rents are very competitive. My apartment was super clean when I moved in. The residents are respectful of each other's privacy and a quiet environment. Everything you need is a 5 minute drive. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended

Great community! We have lived here for 3 years and have enjoyed the property and the amenities, especially the 24 hour pool/ spa / gym access! Very quiet community and friendly and helpful staff. Great access to bike paths just out the gate and withing close proximity to the everyday needs.

Ora is a beautiful well maintained apartment complex. The amenities and community are excellent. They show a distinct level of care as to the presentation of the area and the appartments. The rates are a little high for the appartment itself but that's pretty much consistent with anything these days.

Only been a resident for a couple weeks but so far it’s been great. Very quiet, which I appreciate. Apartment space is some of the best I’ve seen. This apartment complex is in a very nice area. I feel safe with my baby here. Most of the residents are friendly. The interior is beautifully renovated and the amenities are amazing.

Great value. As a 2 year resident I wish to express my sincere appreciation and satisfaction for a very professional and friendly warm office staff that will make it their priority to address your needs or concerns. They don't tolerate rule breakers. There's also an after-hours security company that monitors the property. The maintenance staff is amazing too. Their also expedient when their summoned for a work order - never had to wait more than the next day for them to appear. Their long term with Ora like the office staff and that speaks for itself. The grounds are kept impeccable and clean. The resort size heated pool and hot tub and fully equipped gym are the jewel of the property, also cleaned daily. Apartments are roomy with tons of cabinets, large balconies with an adjacent storage room. Rents are very competitive. My apartment was super clean when I moved in. The residents are respectful of each other's privacy and a quiet environment. Everything you need is a 5 minute drive. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended

I have thoroughly enjoyed my new home here at ORA Apartments. The Office Management here is absolutely excellent. I have worked with Julie, Marcia, and Rachel at different times and each of them are more than gracious, knowledgeable, and willing to help out with any questions or concerns which may arise. The Maintenance Team at the ORA Apartments is exceptional. The timing of their response, the quality of the work performed, and their willingness to help with any additional problems at any time have far exceeded my expectations. The ORA Community is beautiful, safe, and welcoming to all, as the residents are kind, quiet, and respectful to each other. If the opportunity arises, I would highly recommend making ORA Apartments your next home.

Staff is rude. I had to switch apartments because I had mold in my washer dryer upon move in. Then a random $500 charge without a reasoning for it. Asked and they said they didn’t know why so that was weird. Charge was never removed. There isn’t any transparency between residents and staff, so that leaves a lot of gaps where we need to reach out in person.

The Ora apartments from the day of move in till current have been above and beyond. It sounds fake but honestly, when it comes to the services provided to the issues being resolved nothing beats this place. I would and have highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well kept apartment with super attentive maintenance teams. No need goes unmet here.

Cleanest and most impeccable property in the area. The area is safe with so many choices for everything minutes away. Most receptive and professional office and maintenance staff I have ever experienced (I have lived in many apartments). Anything you need they will quickly make it right. Special shout-outs to Marcia and Rachel as their both super nice & professional and always follows up. Beautiful big, clean pool & deck with hot tub with a well-stocked gym (full sets of free weights and machines) bbq ramadas everywhere (clean). Having maintenance backwash the pool daily and add cool water now in the hot months isn't going unnoticed and management's concern for their tenants enjoyment helps residents cool off. It's so refreshing! It also keeps the pool cleaner. It's very much appreciated! My previous apt that I rented here never this did this and I am sure most don't. Clean and spacious dog park and playground too. The tenants are friendly and respectful of each other (no riff raff) and quiet. My apartment at move-in was very well-cleaned. Carpet, paint, appliances all in good shape. The maintenance manager David and his staff are excellent. The maintenance and office team are on property 7 days a week - where can you find that anymore? They really take maintain and take care of Ora. I highly recommend Ora and would give it another star if I could.

When I am looking for a place to with for myself and my family, I am looking at the cleanliness of the community along with Family base environment from staff members. And I was able to receive that from ORA! Plus the freedom to enjoy the gym and pool at and time of day. I would 100% recommend ORA to all families and friends.

I made the move from NY to AZ for grad school and the move was soo easy! The staff at Ora is extremely attentive and the grounds are always clean and kept up nice. I love that they take time and create events for residents to go to which make it feel more like a community! The amenities are great and it’s nice that the pool and gym are open 24 hours. Lastly, the location is amazing. We are super close to lots of great shopping and food. Love living at Ora!!

**RENTERS BEWARE** I've lived on this property for about 5 years and I've seen at least 3 property management companies come and go. Each managed differently but when Greystar took over this property it has gone downhill very fast! The manager and most of her team are condescending and rude. It's crystal clear that Greystar puts their residents and this property far behind their larger priorities. After the ridiculous rent hikes they managed to get away with from long term residents over the last two years, the pool was shut down for 6 months last summer for very mediocre upgrades while the major drainage issues throughout the property and 4 ft. sink holes (not potholes) in parking lots go without repair and only get worse! The standing water on multiple locations smells terrible and is breeding mosquitos. This has been going on for over 2 years! So instead of spending money to repair these issues, what do they do?! They completely gut and renovate an already beautiful 3 year old previous renovation of the club house and offices. Also, closing the already beautiful recently renovated gym. Getting a response from the manager to get literally any info about these ongoing issues is difficult because she leaves the property at least a half dozen times a day to go smoke cigarettes in the adjacent neighborhood. I only know this because I work from home and my building is close to the office. I'm sure that more than two thirds of these 5 star reviews for Ora are not coming from actual residents and I'm sure Greystar/Ora will give a very generic, "act like they care" response to this review but PLEASE CONSIDER LIVING ELSEWHERE! There are apartments all over the city that are managed responsibly and managed with the care to their residents as their first priority. If there's anything positive I will say about Ora, it is about the Maintenance Staff they've somehow managed to secure. They are friendly, prompt and hard working. Needless to say I will not be signing another lease here and am regretting the last one I signed!
