The Opera House Apartments is infested with bedbugs and the property manager has emphatically refused to fumigation the building

My apartment was not cleaned after the previous tenant vacated which left a mess for me to clean up, then the property manager stopped by for a walk through without providing proper notice yet insisted on entering my apartment anyway, I told him that the apartment was not yet presentable and proper notice was not given. I really liked this apartment until all this garbage happened this morning. I purchased all brand new furnishings and such and now I'm looking for a new apartment and I haven't even been here for two months. The elevator stinks of urine, many tenants have contacted the Antigo Housing Authority about the bedbug infestation and very little has been done about it by Driscoll Property Management. It's a shame really considering how much money I've already spent to make this place a home but then if this place is nothing but a stressful bugpit then it's best to start looking for a new place. Obviously the owner couldn't care less about the building or its tenants.
