I love living here. Freshly painted and clean. Any repairs requested are addressed. Neighbors are friendly. Rent is fair and affordable.
Do not live here these reviews you are reading are fake. The complex has been renovated, but the owners are a Joke..... no breaks in?? Yeah right the area of town is terrible. Heck less then a year ago they had a drug bust on the property. You hear gun shots, they do not care about the tenants, they only care about money. The apartments are old very old and they are remodeling trying to make you think they are new, but nothing new about this place. Yeah bugs are terrible out here. Fake Fake reviews do not fall for them!!!
If you want a piece of Heaven then 505 is your place to live! With Energy Efficient Electricity this is the lowest Ive ever paid in any rental on a light bill! Ive been here since April 2019. The Neighbors are all kind and respectful to each other. This apartment complex is beyond amazing! It excedes all my expectations! Its peaceful, no bugs, no break ins & no drama! Even small minor things are handled extremely quickly! The manager and Maintenance Man are very professional reliable & a joy to be around. The office Manager goes above and beyond always. She is so sweet! They are all working effortlessly to redo & remodel these apartments as well as the grounds. They are doing an amazing job doing so! My apartment is like living in an expensive hotel only better! Come join us!
I moved out here about 5 months ago, and I absolutely love it here. I have a remodeled unit and it is amazing! The manager was extremely helpful on getting us moved in and always does what she says she will. The maintenance is always quick to fix everything and is very nice. The neighborhood is wonderful, and our neighbors are kind. We love it here!
Initially, the complex was under Ms. Linda and everything was amazing!! She ensured issues were handled and things were done in a timely manner. Ever since the new property people have taken over I have issue after issue. Water gets turned off with no notices; there has been a Sat where the water was off for half the day and the emergency contact number does no justice. No one answers that phone nor calls back. In addition to this, for months I have been continuously having issues with my air conditioning and its days before it gets fixed. There seems to be no mojo about ensuring current residents are happy but plenty of changes are taking place to make the complex look better. I have been living here for 5-6 years and these last few months have been by far the worst.
I went and toured these apartments yesterday and the office manager is such a sweet and patient lady! She is definitely a positive asset to the property. Throughout the whole tour she was very informative and understanding with my questions about the apartment. Don’t get rid of her! She’s wonderful!!
:) My Apartment is very Charming, 2 bedroom living room , 2 full baths white title in bath rooms/also ,Combo dinning area, open kitchen w/bella wood cabinets to living area light in manilla color, spacious hallway window in kitchen, exit door in rear with window pain, commercial tile white, medium brown carpet, white walls.
