One500

So far, so good- everyone has been very welcoming. I haven't met a ton of people but the ones I have met have been very helpful, someone even added me to the building WhatsApp chat.

Just moved in today. Has been very warm and welcoming! A few neighbors already introduced themselves. The move-in was as smooth as move-ins can be!

Very nice overall, the atmosphere and service were great, but I really wish there had been more drink options available in the lobby for guests to enjoy.

Living at One 500 Teaneck has been a wonderful experience! The community here is incredibly welcoming - I've made genuine friendships with neighbors who always lend a helping hand (or a cup of sugar when I inevitably run out mid-baking). The amenities are fantastic - the well-equipped gym keeps me motivated, and the beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff is always responsive and friendly, making apartment living feel more like home. Sure, the elevator conversations can get delightfully awkward when we all pretend to study the floor buttons, but that's part of the charm! The location is unbeatable with easy access to shopping and dining. One 500 Teaneck truly feels like a community where people genuinely care about each other. Highly recommend! ??

Moved in recently and I love it! The apartment building is so thoughtfully designed. I love the amenities. The management has been responsive and available when needed as well. It’s been a great start!

I've been happy living in this apartment community and would recommend it to others. The apartment is well-maintained, featuring modern amenities that make daily living comfortable and convenient. The maintenance staff does excellent work and handles requests efficiently, which I appreciate.

Love calling this place home! The peaceful environment makes it easy to unwind and recharge. residents all contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Rent was affordable but paying an amenity fee without being able to use th amenities sucked. Can also get very loud during certain times. Staff is very friendly

Our move in went very smoothly! Leasing agent was extremely helpful and quick to reply. They made the process seamless and our apartment was freshly cleaned upon move in.

Been here for a while so we like it a lot. Good friends and close to restaurants. Proximity to manhattan makes for a very easy commute with close bus stops.

I love this building and the staff! The apartment is clean and beautiful. The lobby is stunning. The amazon hub locker is so cool! And the staff is so helpful and friendly. We are so happy we moved here.

It’s been okay. My first year here i absolutely loved it! But things went downhill. The fire alarm goes off all of the time; there are times where the amenity room is not usable; it’s little things but it gets annoying.

The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained. The kitchen has updated appliances, and the in-unit washer and dryer make life so much easier. The management team is responsive and friendly—any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were addressed promptly, usually within a day or two.

Great building with nice, helpful staff for the most part and nice amenities although would be nice to have a bigger gym and if the courtyard was open year round

1500 building truly feels like home. From the moment you enter, the modern design and welcoming atmosphere stand out. The apartments are spacious and bright and the staff is excellent. We really like living here!

Great apartment, but staff comes and gos too much. Also the building is shifting so there are a lot of random unexplained damages on the walls.

So far absolutely incredible experience! Community/apartment building is clean, the residents are polite, the workers from the leasing office to the front desk to the maintenance crew are friendly, hard working and caring. Absolutely gorgeous place to live in

The space is modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with a bright and airy atmosphere. The open-plan living area is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, and the kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. However, the only downside was the noise from the neighbor living above. Late at night, there were occasional sounds that disturbed the otherwise peaceful environment. While it wasn't a constant issue, it did occasionally disrupt sleep.

we feel so blessed to be living in one500. it is so beautiful and we are so happy to call it our home. we love the gym, the on site parking, concierge, and luxurious living.

As much as I want to be able to give one500 a great review… I’ve been pretty disappointed with their staffing issues. For some odd reason, concierges, leading managers, maintenance workers, and others don’t stick around. Im not sure what’s going on, but it really does affect the environment of the apartment building when you are constantly building relationships with people who are gonna be leaving in six months. It’s really saddening saying goodbye to everyone all the time and I really wish one500 would do better by their employees. That said the building is obviously beautiful and well maintained. The location is prime and my husband and I are able to easily get into the city often on time with the bus stop being across the street. The amenities are nice, although it would be if they added updates, since they are exactly the same since the building opened. I love how they have workshops and little meet and greets. If you are looking for stable staffing, you will not find that here.

The building is beautiful with incredible amenities and has the most modern, brand new feel. The building is also located near the bus stop, making transportation easy

One500 is a great place to live. The concierge crew is very friendly. The maintenance crew is so fast at resolving issues. The cleaning crew takes very good care of the common areas.

I like living at one500 but I’ve been having issues with the staff. They keep coming and going and there isn’t much stability. The events that were planned by the building weren’t good this last year and it was fairly disappointing compared to what it used to be. I’m also disappointed there hasn’t been any new additions to the building in sense of new amenities. It would be nice if they got a Starbucks machine in the lounge. it would also be nice after everyone renews their lease that their apartment could be repainted as the paint here marks easily and it’s really disappointing. Otherwise the building is beautiful and the residents here are very friendly. You will make lots of friends here. The area is great, you have tons of restaurants and places to go. The bus to the city is right across the street which is so convenient.

Once the management changed this place got ridiculous. $35 if we lock ourselves out or $100 during the weekends. BBQ area only 3 guests are allowed? At least make it 4, I can't even invite my parents my wife's parents for a simple BBQ. If we have to pay $500 $500 (Deposit) WHATTTTT????? I'd rather take them somewhere nice. There are more restrictions as time passes by, it feels like I'm back in college again. This is my 4th year here at One500 and the only reason I stayed here was because I felt like I was at home. But with all these restrictions and penalties I'll look for somewhere to move once my lease ends. There are so many better options for the price you are paying here.

Not too bad of a community, however, when you start living there, then things change. You can’t use the gym when you would like. Closes at 11 pm, but every month you are paying an amenity fee. This is not told at the time of signing, not considering various people have various work schedules. There is always the threat of a fine $500, if you don’t comply with certain regulations, and the $100 charge for a lockout fee if you accidentally leave your apt.keys in your apartment, is a bit overboard. I have complained of an issue to management for weeks with no one even coming to take a look at what is issue…..

Amazing building. Well kept an updated appliances. There’s a dog park in the building which is really great since my pup loves to play with other dogs in the building!

Good place to live. Friendly front desk stuff. Nice outdoor area gym is clean and well kept together. Great place to have a little birthday party backyard

The community it great. However, the application process is slow and painful. I almost opted to go elsewhere during the long delay. I’m so glad it ultimately worked out.

The building is beautiful. Great location. I wished they would have more events for residents and would take better measures with neighbors breaking their leases. Apartment has a non smoking rule and my apartment smells of weed every other day. My husband has asthma and I have babies who can smell it. Just expect if you have an issue for it to not be resolved until you are harassing management to do something unfortunately. Otherwise one500 is a great place to live.

Love living here. The amenities are great, it’s quiet, the outdoor area is awesome, and it’s near a bus stop. The apartment is very spacious. The bedroom and bathroom are HUGE. The kitchen is also huge. I love the big windows in the living room and bedroom. We get to see the sunset every night. The deck is also super nice.

So far so good just moved in looking forward to living here! Great staff friendly and the building is nice stationed right by the bus to the city and a gym inside!

Feels very safe in the building. People are very nice and front desk concierges are very friendly. Apartments are pleasant and updated with nice sized fridge and dishwasher. I love having an in-unit washer-dryer. One of the better apartment complexes in the area.

I have had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex for the past year, and it has truly been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high standard of living provided.

Staff here are friendly I love my apartment. One of my favorite features are the long windows. I can see the manhattan sky line and the sunset.

Great apartments with really nice amenities. They even have a dog park in the building! Sometimes I’m too lazy to go to my gym, so I use the gym in the building. Such nice staff and the units have nice appliances.

We have been living at 1500 in Teaneck for almost 3 years and overall the experience has been good. The complex is in a great location and the staff is accommodating.

New resident, flawless application process, appreciate the security and the service of the leasing agent and property manager. Well kept property, very nice and quiet, love my apartment.

Apartment is very nice and would recommend because the area is very nice. I love bringing my dog to the dog park and using the patio in the summer when the weather is nice.
