One12 Courtland

Not the best but good for price. Rooms aren't bad but the hallways are disgusting. Trash room is always filled with trash and smells terrible. Lobby is nice though

Living here has been peaceful, beautiful, and adventurous. The only thing is, the washer flooded the floor now the floor is pulled off and has been for a whole week. As well as our heat/air conditioner wasn't working for almost a full month, even after maintenance repaired it. Other than that it's nice here... Just faulty things!!

My experience at One12 Apartments has been positive overall. The apartments are modern, clean, and well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops and main roads. Overall, it offers good value and a comfortable living environment.

I live in the 4 bed 4 bath and the apartment itself is really cute. Although the apartment is cute, our AC didn’t work for the first 3 weeks after move in (in august) and their solution while they fixed it was to unplug our dryer unit to add in a portable AC. So we didn’t have a dryer either. We also had to get maintenance to fix our dishwasher. There’s been a change in management and I’m not totally sure how it affected residents, haven’t noticed much of a difference. Over winter break most residents keys reset?? and I couldn’t get into my apartment without going to get the security guard to let me in. The people in the leasing office are generally helpful but sometimes they can’t really do much. if you are looking to live somewhere affordable that has some quirks but also good deals one12 is great! i will be renewing my lease despite the problems because ultimately they did get fixed and it is a good monthly rent.

The experience is not that bad, but some things can be improved further. There should be some improvements in the elevators because people smoke in the elevators. And the smoke is always trapped inside.

I like the tall ceilings. I dont like how I can fully hear the parking garage at night. The light also streams into my room and there's no way for me to get blinds because I'm not allowed to put stuff on the roof. I am looking forward to the renovations that gym does need help.

Each room/unit I have stayed in has had bugs, strange damage, and water plus mold issues. Maintenance requests take forever and are sometimes ignored. The place is filthy and security is all or nothing.

living at one12 has been pretty good it’s quiet for the most part and security takes their jobs seriously so i feel safe. my only grievance is that the pool was closed all last summer and we couldn’t even go up there for fresh air. other than that i haven’t had any bugs and it gets the job done

One12 Courtland is a great place to live. It has plenty of accommodations for all different types of personalities. It is very clean, the community is welcoming, and it is safe and secure.

I’ve had a great experience living at Avana Cheshire Bridge Apartments. The location is super convenient—close to shopping, dining, and everything you need in Atlanta. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are always clean and accessible. The staff has been especially helpful. The management team, especially Mel, is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear. Overall, I’ve felt safe and well taken care of here. I would definitely recommend Avana Cheshire Bridge to anyone looking for a quality place to live in the area.

Although rent is fair, you get what you pay for. I believe One12 Courtland had so much potential and they fail to use it. They care about their residents but when it comes to the maintenance they are very poor with it. It takes up to weeks and sometimes even months for someone to resolve a maintenance issue. They are never urgent with it and still expect rent to be on time. I believe if they know they can not be urgent with thing there need to be accommodation. Although things happen, how you handle it is what matters most

One12 Courtland is overall great. Room and bathroom is spacious, gym is nice, and workers are helpful and sweet. I just wish there were less bugs and the common areas were kept a little more clean. Other than that, great place to live.

In my experience, I don’t have any major complaints about One12. I’ve only been here for a few months but what I have seen has been great! Before moving here, I seen reviews about the environment not being clean or management not being helpful and I haven’t experienced anything of the sort. The people at the front desk are truly so helpful and kind. I’m glad I listened to my gut and moved here.

The entire building is completely disgusting, the parking garage has homeless people living in it, when I moved in my room was completely filthy, there were floorboards peeling up, holes in my walls that were poorly patched with bondo, and my ac wasn't working. Moved in about a week ago and have not had any assistance from anyone. Do not live here.

Horrible I recommend DO NOT move here because it is dirty everywhere and elevators constantly out of order and maintenance never fixes issues in a suitable time

I went In for a tour of the apartments today for my upcoming school year, and everything about the building spoke to me. The team member who helped my family for the whole duration, Alana, was smart, witty, relatable, and breathed life into a tour of an already promising apartment. The elevators made interesting chainlink noises, the camera in the elevator wasn’t there, and the box holding it open was unlocked, and the lounge looked a little bit like a psych ward, but the lobby and the rooms were terrific in their display. Overall, the flaws this building has only serve to add character, not detract in my opinion. It makes it feel line a real, established building in Atlanta with its own sense of history to tell, and that kind of feeling always draws me in.

As a parent, we toured One12 and it was a clean, professional, student friendly environment with great views, space, and amenities. It was also secure from outsiders and 24 security. It was reasonably priced for students also. Our tour guide was Alana. She was very professional, friendly, informed, and helpful.

One 12 Courtland is a great place to live regarding affordability and although a lot of factors can be improved it's still not a bad place to live.

One12 Courtland is has been nice place to stay. Although they have their "cons." I still believe it's a great place to live at it's current price range.

Awful, the main spaces and elevators are not kept up with. There’s no proper security, no working card scanners, broken elevators for over a month, broken lights in the parking garage, and broken garage doors.

To be honest, I am not very satisfied with the living experience here. I also paid much more than the usual residents each month. Please pay attention to your duty and make sure you inform us if any emergent issues happen. The most decisive factor for me to choose here is its short distance from the campus.

If you can afford to live somewhere else, please do. The price is nice but everything else is done at the bare minimum. You really do get what you pay for if not worse.

I’ve been living here a couple weeks now and i haven’t had any issues, the apartment was clean, haven’t had any issues with my roommates and the security here is good

Second year here and I really do enjoy the location and amenities included. Management is super helpful and they answer right away.

My first apartment space is perfect for me and it feels like I am at home. Security and those who work at the leasing office are very nice and helpful. I am comfortable and happy with my decision to stay here.

The apartments are good for the price. The leasing staff is super nice and accommodating. my only complaint is something is always not working like the elevator or the gate to the parking garage.

Most affordable apartments if you go to GSU. Management handles concerns quickly and they give residents free food, drinks and desserts all the time. I love it here.

The kitchens are good and the rooms are very big. Comes with big desk that is very nice to work on

The room is good for its price. If you’re looking for an affordable, budget friendly place to live then this is a great option. I was impressed by the security and how attentive they are about keeping the residents safe. Maintenance has also been very helpful.

Great room, very comfortable to live in. The only thing that is needed to be improved is update the furnitures and allow resident to chose neighbors.

I am so happy to call one12 my home! The security here is great. The apartments have luxurious kitchens and living rooms. The security guards are always kind and helpful! Definitely a place to stay here if you’re interested!

Compared to apartments like WestMar, One12 is way better. It comes fully furnished and the bedrooms are pretty spacious and the bathroom has plenty of shelf space which is great. Overall it’s a good apartment complex with a great location for GSU students- walking distance from all the buildings!

I really like living at one12. It’s really spacious and it’s in a good location if you go to Georgia State (walking distance to everything). The staff are very helpful and kind in anything you have to ask.

This apartment is pretty good for the price range and is budget-friendly compared to other Atlanta apartments. The maintenance takes a bit longer than I would like but the job gets done regardless.

This is a good location central to Georgia State University, MARTA, and downtown. The leasing staff is friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I have. Relatively affordable in comparison to other student housing in the area.

I think by far this is the best first apartment I have gotten considering the others I have seen. I love how there is a pool and the apartments are spacey free enough for a person to walk in and out of. The people the community is nice. I feel like downtown is sketchy at times but one12 makes it feel less like a scary place and more of a home. The receptionists are very welcoming and give amazing tours. I think this is gonna be a great first year.

Because of the lack of senior dorming me and my roommates had to resort to other living arrangements. One12 just happened to make that list. It’s cheap, so we as college students can afford to stay here. Also the location couldn’t be more convenient. The tour was pretty nice, the apartment they showed was decent. The hallways did have a smell though. Overall looking forward to living there hopefully it goes well.

The staff at the front is super helpful and make sure to take care of you when you enter the building. They also make sure that you can take your time and get a complete viewing of the model apartment. The staff is great and they helped me sign my lease quickly and promptly while answering all my important questions. With their help I was able to secure the apartment of my dreams!!

Horrible building bad staff they have no manners their rude and they keep trying to finesse people

One12 is very accommodating and convenient for anyone living on Georgia State Campus. Affordable housing is only one of the many benefits to staying in One12. If I had to rate the move-in/leasing experience it would have to be a 10/10.

One12 is a good apartment complex. They have a good gym and rooftop pool.
