Bordered by an expansive nature preserve of mountains and desert, Scottsdale proudly embraces an Old West aesthetic, and even bills itself as “the West’s most Western town.” However, the city’s energetic nightlife has also drawn comparisons to Miami’s South Beach, with thousands of residents and visitors from all over the Phoenix area coming to live it up on the weekends. To top it off, Scottsdale boasts a thriving arts scene, which incorporates well over 100 galleries and the famous Scottsdale Art Festival; the Scottsdale ArtWalk is a popular community event on Thursday nights as well.
As if that weren’t enough to convince you to become a renter in this thriving metropolis, Scottsdale’s public schools are among the best in the state. The crime rate is well below the state and national averages, making this city a terrific place to raise a family.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at One North Scottsdale Apartments
I moved in 3 months ago and I think it was a great choice. I have gotten to do some resident events and meet not only the lovely ladies working there like Prue the manager but also met some neighbors and made friends. I can't wait to keep going in for the free friendly office stuff as it is just a nice bonus to my already beautiful apartment.

Fair quality apartments. Good quality staff. Extremely noisy - constantly neighboring construction. Gate is often broken, leaving you waiting to enter your own place for 20+ minutes late at night.
Property Manager at One North Scottsdale Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback about our community. Sadly, we cannot control the neighboring construction, however if you ever have concerns about our property or the gates then please reach out to us at OneNorth.PM@OlenLiving.com. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Best regards, One North Management
I moved here because I liked the pool. Management is awful at taking care of the amenities and the place has gone downhill since moving in. The pool furniture started ripping and breaking, becoming dangerous. They refused to replace the furniture, then ordered new ones in May saying they would be delivered soon. It’s now mid July with no new furniture. In fact, they decided to remodel the pool area without planning for it and have since closed the entire pool area now through September. Terrible management and they do not seem to care about residents after you sign the lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you don’t mind overpaying for amenities you can’t use.
Upon move-in, vinyl flooring was coming up in a couple different areas, the dishwasher was broken & had stagnant water with dead bugs in it. In addition to this the washer had the hoses on backwards, so no matter the wash selection, it was washing on hot water. Dog poop all over the complex. Police presence on a weekly basis. Unnecessary garbage valet charges.Loud TV, neighbors screaming, yelling and stomping.Back pool is where everyone would party during all hours of the night.
Neighbors and staff are so friendly and welcoming! It really feels like home!! I love going into the clubhouse to watch movies with my family! I love that they have security and that is is fully gated. It is quiet and safe!
I’m completely in love with the community! Talk about beautiful grounds with trees galore. I’m an outdoors person, so seeing flourishing greens really catches my eye. I’m tired of seeing these hotel style units with no character being built. They just look cheap and cold, but not here. It’s feels completely inviting and has a sense of warmth. I’d also like to mention that the price also was a winner for me. Most places were charging absurd pricing with all these additional fees, but not this place. My garage was and additional parking space was included in the price of the unit, not 75+ like most communities I toured. Their amenities are free, as they should be! I couldn’t believe some communities were attempting to charge residents for them. The staff was friendly and attentive through the whole process. Location is perfect, next to freeway. Also some good shopping spots a mile or two away which not bad. I definitely would recommend this joint!
This property is absolutely breath taking. Its nestled in the very elegant neighborhood of Grayhawk. So many options for shopping and dinning. Finishes inside my unit are high end and so beautiful. The property has lush landscape all throughout keeping it very private and shaded which I love!
As a ex employee i can warn you to stay away with great urgency. The place is understaffed the manager is inexeperienced and wings it as she goes. Just take a stroll through the property and talk to some of the residents. Broken appliances, uncompleted work orders, untrained staff, and clue less maintenance rookies. I would serious look elsewhere for better quality in the area or find out like a fool for yourself. Goodluck!
Well, I insisted on a new and never used or lived in apt. But I was lied to. Two people lived in my unit for almost one year and the only reason they admitted it was because I showed them four areas in the carpet that had been smashed by what looked to be four bed posts and I s not photos of dirty carpet leading from the bathroom out to the kitchen. Filthy. And all of the doors close, slam or open on their own because of the very poor construction. And speaking of construction, did I mention that they had to tare down both staircases and rebuild them to code? And they tore them down at the same time so we had no stairwell available in case of a fire...maybe we could take the elevator?!! The other day while watching my nephews swim, a young questionable character sauntered by wearing two chains made out of bullets. No joke. Like 50 bullets. I pay a high rent in a hurry go end city and all of the this is unacceptable.
This complex is a newer complex in North Scottsdale. Monthly activities for residents vary each month but are lightly attended. The apartments themselves are new and modern inside which you would never guess by looking at the outside. Staff is friendly and the complex is close to the 101 for anyone who works near that highway. Just don't like the Valet waste service which each resident must have. I think it is a waste of money as they don't pick up on the weekends.
Great new apartment complex close to major highways in North Scottsdale. Amenities include two pools, a business center, pool tables, cinema room and free coffee. Responsive staff and maintenance department. Desert living close to all of Phoenix
