I cannot recommend One Boynton as it is today. It is a beautiful community full of very kind people and the management themselves are so sweet when speaking to them, but the price point is not worth the multitude of issues I have living here.

No security for the exorbitant prices that they charge. The apartments with carpet are the worse because they are so noisy. You can see drugs transactions every where specially in the parking lot.

They never respond to emails or maintenance.. the place is continuously getting trashier and noisy. They sent my security deposit to an old address they know i don’t live at and now they don’t answer. so don’t expect anything from here. Workers have an attitude in the leasing office as well

We have a large dog and that makes looking for an apartment very difficult. Most places don't allow dogs, and if they do it has to be under a certain weight or the association has breed restrictions. This association allows big dogs of any breed as long as they are up to date on their vaccinations. So that was ideal. Also, most rentals require first, last, and security deposits upon move-in, which can make it very pricey. This leasing office only requires the first month and and a low security deposit plus applications fees. This made it very easy to move in without too much cost. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is very well maintained and our apartment was very clean when we moved in.

One Boynton is the best community in South Florida. Everyone on the staff is amazing, especially Dyllan, the grounds are kept very clean and tidy, and the resident events are always fun.

One B is truly a "community ." They plan all kinds of events for residents to meet each other and gain new friendships . The staff , all of them go out of their way to treat everyone with respect. One Boynton is an excellent location to settle; the pools are beautiful and the palm trees make it like paradise.

I recently moved to Florida from out of state, so we decided to rent for a year before purchasing a home in the area. I mention that because, we have not rented an apartment in about 15 years, so the renting process wasn't something we were super familiar with. But One Boynton did an excellent job communicating with me and my family as we made the transition. Going from a home, to an apartment, could have been tricky, but I am super impressed with the cleanliness of the apartments, and friendliness of the staff and residents. The amenities were super important to us as well, and they have not disappointed. I have said multiple times since moving in, that this feels more like a resort, than a home, which is not a bad thing!

One Boynton has outstanding amenities and they are kept clean and safe for the residents. The grounds and common areas are kept clean and maintained as well. As for the management staff they are friendly, professional and take pride in keeping these apartments in great shape. I have no doubt if I called them they would go out of there way to assist me.

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE place to live!!! Quite literally the worst living experience I've ever had. Avoid at all costs!!!! Especially stay far far away from the loft units above the commercial space. The restaurant Baciami blasts loud music till midnight every night even when they have no customers. The facilities are run down. The walls and floors are paper thin. You will hear your neighbor's every footstep and conversation. Our AC broke down at least once a month and flooded the apartment a couple times. If you try to complain to management, they will threaten to evict you. I hope this helps someone avoid making a terrible mistake!!
One Boynton offers resort style living with three pools/ Jacuzzis and a 24 hour gym where you cant find it anywhere else , with covered parking secure when large storms like hurricanes arrive very important

Terrible experience so far. I have ants everywhere. The halls smell of trash. My washing machine is moldy and broken. My dishwasher is terrible. My floors were scratched. The bath doesnt drain properly.

I have lived in this building for two years and have to call it quits. I thought since I travel for work the constantly failing loud fire alarms, filthy hallways, and plastic staff could be tolerated. I was wrong, add in the fact they cannot seem to follow a 24 hour notice of entry the secured garages are not secure to anyone except for thieves and vandals. Keep looking, for your money you can do far better.

Management will do anything possible to stick their residents with erroneous fees! Their new scam is to NOT have an after-hours method to pay the rent and then charge a late fee immediately on the 3rd of the month. It is obviously much more profitable for them to NOT install a drop-box (as most every other rental property's has) and then collect late fees then to make it easier on their residents by having an after-hours drop. If you work far from home five days a week - from 9-5 you are totally screwed a few months out of the year when the days dont seem to match-up with payday. They will put an eviction notice on your door to make you pay late fees when they could simply have a place for their working residents to drop rent after hours. Totally disgusting scam - stay away from this property and their ridiculous policies!!!

Beautiful community, very well kept! The office staff & service team are always welcoming and very responsive. We have a dog and are very glad to have found a community that is pet friendly. The restaurants and shops in the community are convenient and the beach is a quick 10 minute walk. Can’t beat the location!
The staff at One Boynton turned what is usually a stressful process, into something easy, effortless, and exciting. Moving in was such a breeze because of Tamara and Kelly. They were friendly, efficient, thorough, and kept us updated the entire time. They were available to us literally 24/7 to answer every single question we had. We could not be more grateful for them or feel more excited to call this place home! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts :)
This place is a nightmare. After 6 years living there with different roommates they still could EVER get the correct names written on the lease. They had a mans name who never even lived in the apartment on there. After moving out we were never given any kind of bill. We called after a month and a half to see if we would be getting our deposit back. We were then told we had a bill of 200 dollars which they could not see what was for. At this point I did not care. We were going to pay to just be rid of this NIGHTMARE community. My roommate paid the money owed. A week and a half later I was called by a ebt collector who said we have a 200 dollar balance we are refusing to pay. I had to call las ventanas who's response was "what is your question?" I had to tell them to contact the debt collect to make them aware the balance had even been paid. The office workers are incompetent and are extremely unhelpful. Their only concern is getting new renters. Every month they would try to charge us a late fee because they would misplace our check or put it with a wrong account. Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere.
I'm new to the state, which means I don't know much about the apartment complexes around Boynton area. My first apartment that I viewed was las ventanas. My leasing specialist was absolutely amazing and helpful. He was very thorough with explaining every unit available and the extra perks. Granted the place is slightly over my budget, I believe that the helpful staff and location is what truly changed my mind about the place.
This place is a trap!!! You feel like your getting a package but quickly realize the opposite. Staff is only friendly up until you sign your lease, the pool is always dirty, the AC in the hallways rarely works (then leaves a horrible smell), and they allow the pet owners to not clean up after their pets (to include fecal matter in the halls and elevator). The only reason they have good ratings is because they give you a lease credit to like and leave 5 stars! STAY AWAY!!!!
Very nice apartment complex to live in South Florida. The neighborhood is not the nicest of the areas, but the public pool of the complex is on the Intracoastal Water. The management company is amazing and always is up to speed on what needs to be fixed etc. Love living here but the price is very high and will need to be moving out soon.
I've lived here now for almost 2 years and really enjoy the complex. The rent is within reason for the 1-bedroom I have. The layout is great for a single bachelor. Love the washer and dryer in a separate laundry room in the unit with a closing door so when you are doing the laundry you don't hear a thing. The walk-in closet is huge. The appliances in the kitchen are upgraded. It's an electric stove would have preferred gas is the only the draw back. Have had a few maintenance requests and they are here the next day at a time you schedule and fix the problem! No worries though they were only minor normal stuff such as an ice maker that went bad and a garbage disposal that got clogged. The on site amenities are great ... 3 swimming pools and hot tubs, many many restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as a grocery store across the street. 5-10 min walk to the beach and just 2-3 mins to the interstate. Great neighbors ... Can't say enough about the place!

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The rent is very reasonable for all that's included. The units are well made. They offer real materials for the counter tops, cabinet boxes and doors in the kitchen. Also, on site are 3 swimming pools and hot tubs. Concierge services are available and the property is within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, and the beach.
Too many residents with no regards for neighbors + a security staff that's not willing to do the job of policing the area + ineffective property management = poor living conditions. Especially for what they charge. It's become a joke. Like a place with no rules this is it. While they're good at telling people what the rules are they're not good at enforcing any of them.
This place is so beautiful I am looking forward t live here I love everything about this wonderful place
