The greenery, layout, and extensive sidewalk system make Burlingame a highly walkable community, particularly in the downtown area. Travel from a Burlingame apartment is a breeze with the 101 running straight through the middle of town, San Francisco International Airport just outside the city limits, and BART rail service accessible just north of town in Millbrae. Property Ratings at One Adrian
The apartment is newly built, so the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The office staff are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, I’m satisfied with living here. However, there is occasionally an unpleasant smell from outside that resembles something burning, possibly oil. It would be helpful to know the source of this. The smell can sometimes be noticed even in the garage. Additionally, airplane noise at night can be quite loud at times. I've gotten used to it, but those who are sensitive to noise may want to take that into consideration before moving in.
I recommend this community because they exceeded expectations of a luxury apartment rental.

One Adrian has been an excellent place to live! The amenities are top-notch, and the services are impressive, making life in the Bay Area so comfortable. The new units have everything you need—hardwood floors, AC, clean spaces, and large windows that bring in lots of light. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and the staff is always supportive. My experience has been great so far. As one of the first families to move in, I've found everyone to be welcoming and friendly. I love the convenience of the gym, and the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxation. The easy access to the freeway and Millbrae BART is a big plus, and the nice weather, along with plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores, makes the area even better.

I recently moved into One Adrian apartment, and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision. From the moment I set foot in this beautiful community, I knew I had found the perfect place to call home. The One Adrian community itself is absolutely stunning. The landscaping is immaculate, with lush greenery and well-maintained pathways that make for a picturesque setting. It's a joy to take a stroll around the neighborhood, and I often find myself discovering new charming corners and serene spots to relax. The apartment itself is also one of the highlights. Spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, it’s designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. The finishes are top-notch, and every detail, from stainless appliances in the kitchen to the cozy living space, all has been thoughtfully considered. The staff at One Adrian are wonderful, from the day I moved in, they have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. The community manager, Tiffany, was super helpful regarding to the application/leasing process and move-in process of the apartment. She walked me through from application to move-in day every step of the way. The maintenance supervisor, Adrian, was very helpful, he followed up with a work order the next day. Him and his staff are very knowledgeable, fixed the problem the next day. Rest of the staff were also amazing, from Leasing Professionals to building workers (One Adrian is still under construction), everyone is just so nice and friendly. The amenities at One Adrian are fantastic, from well-equipped fitness center to resort style pool/spa, it does make living here feel like a luxurious retreat. The location of the One Adrian is also a plus, it’s literally next to 101 highway and there are lots of restaurants near here, which is super convenient. Overall, moving into this apartment has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The beautiful community, fantastic amenities, and exceptional staff have exceeded my expectations in every way.
