The One11 building features On-site Management and Maintenance, Optional on-site parking, secure access, bicycle and ski storage/workspace, parcel receiving room, secure elevator access, dry cleaning pick up and drop off partnership, and a pet-friendly environment. Pet rent is required. Some pet restrictions apply. Each unit features stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, Energy-efficient LED lighting, Full-size front load washer and dryer, soft-close, full-extension cabinetry, luxury vinyl tile floors, individual unit-controlled heating, and air conditioning, as well as discounts on cable TV and High-Speed Internet services. 1 Parking Space per unit may be leased upon availability in our climate-controlled, secure access, on-site parking garage. Compact spaces lease at $125/month and the larger spaces lease at $150/month. Additional Parking may also be available at the City's Community Parking Garage located approximately 2 blocks from the building.
