There are times when I am surprised by the noise from the residents on the upper floor. Also quite often I have hard time getting to sleep because of noise from the parking lot outside even late night.

Service was exceptional. I had a lot of questions and the staff was very patient and accommodating. Everything went smoothly. I needed to move in sooner thank I planned and the staff and manager worked everything out to meet my need. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. Appliances worked well, and I appreciated small but important touches like good natural lighting and soundproofing between units. The common areas (like the gym, pool, and mailroom) were also kept clean and accessible.

Move-in was smooth and well organized. The apartment is modern, clean, and quiet, with great access to the Town Center’s restaurants and shops. Amenities are solid and the community feels safe and professional. Management is friendly and quick to respond! The only drawback so far is the common areas could use more frequent maintenance, like the stains on hallway rugs and hallway wall/door painting. Overall, a comfortable place to live with a prime location.

Overall the move in process was good! The only issue was that I had my Verizon guy come on the weekend I moved in. No one from the management office told me that I would have to have him come during the weekday so maintenance could give him the keys he needed to set up my internet. This should have been communicated to me as a resident.

Good experience overall at Omnia KOP. Good units layout with large closets, proximity of Wegmans and some good eataries. Kudos to the very efficient maintenance team. Too bad that there is regularly loud noise late night from the LA fitness parking, and sometimes also from upstairs neighbors. Also trash chute room and corridors can get dirty with food wastes on the floor.

The package system needs to be replaced. It is so unorganized and drives a lot of chaos. Thank you for addressing issues with the parking garage and people smoking in the building.

For a few years this has been a good option in King of Prussia town center. Stayed at other KOP residences previously, but OMNIA striked a good balance between good unit plans, efficient front desk team and maintenance team, and rent prices. However it seems quality is slowly declining over time. Delivery automatic locker got broken about a year ago, new locker room system is less secure and convenient. Most of the time the locker delivery emails are not sent. Recently 2 out of the 3 elevators broke down at same time and had to use stairs a few times. One of the lift is still not fixed yet. Still quite noisy from parking next door, and also from upstairs neighbors noise. Quite a few issues with the printer not connecting to network, or empty of ink. Many issues which we didn’t get during our 1st year, at the same time rent keeps increasing steadily every year.

Love it the staff is great, the building is relatively clean and seems to have updates. Only thing I wish to have more of is food truck events or parties for the residents.

I’ve had a great experience at the Omnia and am sad to have to end my lease. I have had no issues and was able to easily have any issues fixed. The building, lobby, and gym are very welcoming and always clean. All the staff have been very kind and accommodating and work their hardest to provide the best experience for their guests. The apartment is walking distance to numerous restaurants and the grocery store. My only issue is the parking. You have to pay for parking but always have a hard time finding an open spot on my floor. Although the gate is locked, I’m sure many of the individuals parking in the structure are not paying for parking. I would have appreciated if patrons and visitors had to have a parking tag on their car in order for the office staff to monitor who is parking in the garage. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in moving to the area!

Probably the best apartment complex in Town Center. No pests, no noise and maintenance team is top notch. Very safe area and can walk at night without worry. Sad to leave KOP but will always remember this place

I love living here! - Friendly/Helpful management team - Safe/convenienr - Easy access to covered lot directly at your apartment floor - Main lobby/residential hallways are kept clean and well Constructive feedback: - Educate residents more on ensuring their boxes are flatten so it can be simply put inside recycle bin in trashroom of the floor instead of leaving the intact boxes on floor stacking - Constantly/daily (beginning And end of day) ensure expresso machine is filled with milk/etc so residents can use it even on weekends

I just passed the 2 year mark at OMNIA. It continues to be a positive experience and I plan to renew my lease. I lived at two other buildings in Town Center and the living experience at OMNIA has been the best, largely due to Bozzuto management. Property management makes all the difference. If you’re considering living here, I’d highly recommend it. PROS: - Well maintained building. Quiet with clean amenity spaces. Cleaning crew is here daily and even vacuum hallways daily. - Maintenance crew is top-notch and requests are filled in timely manner. - Great resident events - Leasing staff are friendly and always available to provide assistance (kudos to Jeremy and Olivia) - They enforce parking rules which is good. CONS: -Minimal. New package room is open shelf instead of lockers. Luxer code system is disabled so we have to use our key fobs. This is an issue if package you weren’t expecting delivers - you will have no idea it’s there. Hopefully the Luxer codes are reinstated.

Omnia has a lot of great amenities. Some of them are my favorites. Beautiful, well-kept courtyards with a pool and grill. A comfortable gym with plenty of space to work out. A very convenient printer in the workspace - other communities don't have this option! Love being here!

Omnia is a very nice community residence in King of Prussia. The 2 rooms units have 2 large closets convenient to store lots of belongings. Maintenance team is always very helpful. Wegman’s, Walmart and multiple restaurants at walking distance. Too bad that the side near the LA Fitness parking is often noisy at night.

Great location in the town center and good amenities. Apartment homes are spacious and updated. Maintenance is quick to fix any issue. Office staff is nice.

It is my First Month in OMNIA and Teh Village. OMNIA is a Great Place to live, very calm Society, amazing people, The building is surrounded by amazing Eateries of Greater Philadelphia.

Omnia is great! I have nothing but amazing things to say. The management is incredible (and they love playing with my pup which is a plus). The apartments are awesome & everything is updated & clean.

My experience at OMNIA has been mixed. On the positive side, Olivia and Jeremy from the leasing team have been fantastic, and the maintenance staff is highly responsive, usually resolving issues within 24 hours. However, the apartment has several problems. The floorboards are uneven, and constant traffic noise seeps through the thin windows. Upon moving in, we encountered several issues: the washer leaked, the shower drain was clogged, an outlet was fried, the door hinges were rusty, and the countertop was chipped. The cleanliness was also lacking, with beard shavings left from the previous tenant and excessive dust and hair in the bedroom and closet. Additionally, we were wrongfully charged a late fee despite paying the prorated rent prior to move in, and unexpected extra charges was added to the following month's rent. Although management has promised to resolve these problems, they have detracted from what could have been a much better living experience.

So far so good. Any issues the team responds right away mgmnt team also quick to respond. So thank you. Some of the quality of materials used in the apartment is lacking. Too many things breaking down for someone that is rarely present in the apartment and being used.
The residence is well maintained, the amenities are great. The neighborhood is very clean and modern, so many restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Loved the details on move-in day. All essentials, like toilet paper, sponge, soap, laundry detergent, were provided with a cute thermos and sweet treats. Besides that, the staff is always around, very friendly and willing to help.

Found this spot while I still lived in Miami and almost a year later and I’m extremely happy to have found a new home. The staff is great and the care they put into the apartments and their events is always amazing. Will definitely be renewing my lease! lol!

Wonderful staff. Beautiful lobby. Apartments are bright and well appointed. Gym needs maintenance and pulley equipment. Carpet stains in halls needs dealing with. Security needs attention. Garage entry needs to be secured. Some security doors aren't locked. Overall, though, an 8 out of 10.

Perfect location! Town center, restaurants for every taste, grocery stores, fitness clubs and - of course - the Mall, all within walking distance! Chester Valley Trail and beautiful Valley Forge Park nearby are great for biking and hiking. Love being here!

We just moved in but the attention to detail in getting the apartment ready for us was nothing short of thoughtful and amazing. It truly feels like resort living, not just an apartment. Steve has been extremely patient, helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself is beautiful. Without having seen this particular unit prior to move-in, I have gotten lucky in terms of where it is located in the building. Could not be happier. Moving from the city to the burbs made me feel a bit nervous because I have never not lived in a large city - but I think I can get used to this given the amenities of the building and the community it is in. Super happy so far!

Having lived here and properties around, I can definitely say this has been the best overall experience. The management has been pretty god and any issues have been resolved quickly. Would 100% recommend!
