Property Ratings at Olympic Reserve Condominiums
Management runs this place like an HOA rather than a rental complex. It is overpriced for the amenities. The walls are paper thin, and the utilities are insanely expensive because of that. They don't do snow removal from sidewalks - or at least they didn't do any until a bunch of people complained. I recently moved out, and they sent me a bill for over $1000 because of wear on the floors and the stove. Yes, when someone lives somewhere, there is minor wear on floors and appliances. They also withheld my entire security deposit because I moved out 2 months early, but I also paid them over $3300 for moving out 2 months early which was equal to 2 months rent. This property management company and this property manager, Brenda specifically, is a con artist. Avoid at all costs - moving here ended up being one of the biggest mistakes of my life.
