Property Ratings at Ollie on Ogden
I love living here at this property. My neighbors are the best. Great staff that is always responsive.
My time at Ollie on Ogden was great ever since I leased with Joel a few years ago. I was sad that I had to relocate for work great community and location in West Hollywood.
I honestly wish I could take back the seven months of hell i was in from living in this horrible Rental company run by terrible people. Seriously never rent from them. They are scammers and liars. I was lied to when my lease was signed, I had specifically asked for a very quiet environment was no construction, because I had just moved out of the construction zone for an apartment after two years. I work from home and I also work at night, so usually sleep until about noon every day. Two weeks after i moved in, they basically demolished most of the apartment complex. We didn’t have access to most of our amenities. They took away our parking spots and we barely had access to the laundry room. The conditions were dangerous and completely unlivable. I should have called code compliance. We had jackhammers on our roof (and the property) starting at 7 AM and extreme noise at all hours of the day and sometimes on weekends also. They had to do multiple renovations inside of our units, which we had to leave our houses for 4-8 hours at a time. Sometimes our water was shut off or they would be painting so we didn’t have access to our apartments. I couldn’t work or sleep or really have guests over because of the amount of construction. Also my car got damage two different times on their property, once because of the gate malfunction any once because of the construction team. I had to fight them for eight months just to get the checks to pay for my car, even though I had eyewitnesses and proof that they damaged it both times. They left a hole under my sink and I got water bugs. The maintenance team was slow and would take sometimes weeks to fix something that was an emergency. They also scammed me out of half of my deposit. The girl who did the finance ledger, Only put in one of my money orders instead of two of them. So I’ve been fighting them for about four months to get my deposit back. Their staff and team, except for the property manager who is awesome, is Completely incompetent and rarely responds. The Area Manager is negligent, and the regional manager is absolutely terrible. She doesn’t respond to emails and phone calls, and when she does, she is rude. The amount of stress and health problems that I got from living in this hell hole was ridiculous. Please save yourself the trouble and never rent from them
