As an additional bonus we are are offering High-Speed (100 Mb/s) Internet for $40/month. Pet Policy: there is a limit of 2 pets pet unit. Cats and dogs only. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and we charge $35 monthly pet rent, per pet. Breed restrictions may apply. This property is professionally managed by Orange Property Management. With 24/7 emergency maintenance and an online resident portal, residents can see their ledger, make payments, submit work orders and purchase renters’ insurance at their fingertips. Our management company values honesty and makes renting with us a convenient experience.
