Management is buddy buddy with a child rapist
Terry Boman owns a lot of the homes there. He is a known and convicted child rapist and WILL be around the park. The meth heads in the office don't care about anything and will threaten you with a gun for bringing up problems. This place needs to burn.

A great place
I moved here 6 years ago our new mgr is making azalea look like heaven all the riff raff is gone the roads are repaved our lawns look great I am physically handicap and the owner made a ramp so I could get out my home the mgr robin she is great I have neighbor's that say she is very kind the employees here are great. I just want to say I'm happy at zalea park its a wonderful place. And Thank you azalea park for everything and special thanks to robin such a good woman. Keep up the good work

Very professional and respectful personal , kind of underestimated the park by its looks but met it’s maintenance group and felt pretty comfortable afterwards.

This mobile home is close to stores and transit bus lines and we have a conveient store right up front. We are also within walking distance to salt water fishing.

I live in a good family oriented mobile home park and its always quiet at night and no riff raft and my neighbors are good
