Westside Santa Cruz is a thriving commercial district home to some of the best shops, restaurants, and business right outside of the Bay Area. The southern tip of the neighborhood sits closest to the shore and consists of a wide range of apartment styles. Property Ratings at Oceanview
Very nice apartment complex, but not a great area. I got my car window broken into and my mountain bike stolen (both were locked on site in the complex's designated areas) all within a few months of moving in. Other people in the area have had their car's catalytic converter stolen. Atleast the pool area is nice though.
