It's a really nice place to live, not much of a community vibe as you won't know the neighbors or the workers well but the units are nice and the place stays clean most of the time. Great lil spot for heart of downtown!

Best place to live in downtown Long Beach. Management is the best and you are right across the street from the ocean and shopping. Plus you can charge your electric vehicle free.

We moved in when they were only 25 residents in the building the first year was great as time went on problems after problems continued management has no resolutions to anything and most of the residents have no respect for the community! Horrible place.
Constant crime, cars being broken into, packages are always stolen, bikes stolen, and people being SHOT with no response from management. It is constantly dirty. Management encourages you to leave if you have a complaint and there is zero accountability. DO NOT MOVE HERE

So far so good, I love it. Really beautiful and peaceful. Nick was extremely helpful, attentive, and kind during my application process so I appreciate that. The only thing I will say is that I feel that my studio was not thoroughly cleaned well when I moved in, and also I do not really get much sunlight from my studio however everything else is good.

Oceanaire is the most beautiful place I have ever lived. The amenities, views and location are undeniable, and you live in such a well-kept tranquil space, self-contained in a wonderful, diverse community. Everything I need is within walking distance except for a grocery store! As a single woman I feel safe here in such a secure building with security personnel on site. Management is highly responsive to your every need. I highly recommend this friendly, peaceful, luxurious space.
When VIP service, community feel, and top-rate amenities are a must Oceanaire is the only choice. We love it here! So glad we came.
Oceanaire is an overall good place to live and there have been improvements made over the course of my time living here. The staff works hard and responds to maintenance requests quickly.
The entire Oceanaire team is extremly courteous and professional, always attentive to residents.
Oceanaire is beautiful. The luxury spaces are indeed luxury spaces with top notch amenities. I feel extremely comfortable in my unit and for the first time I feel at home in my space. Beautifully designed yet sub standard . My unit is gorgeous- hard to keep clean but gorgeous. Would love for the following to be looked into. Time to raise the bar, not the rent prices: Dirty cushions in all the outdoor spaces (seem to never get cleaned), 2 maintenance workers to assist over 200 residents, less than 1 guest parking space for each resident, the trash chutes seem to never work because theres ALWAYS tons of trash smelling up the halls and trashrooms, random low vibration kinda folks gain access to the building far too often, cant access the community center without a $250 deposit (completely absurd), and no access to the office spaces - what are we doing here? Seems to be one reason or another to push the residents out. Disappointing to say the least. Id hoped to share many years of memories here but under these current conditions. Really hoping Greystar listens to all feedback and makes the appropriate changes expeditiously
