The Best Building Ever
I rented there for 3 years and left on August after my company transfer me to Virginia. I have to say is a great building including their staff. If I have to return to Miami I surely will seek forward to rent there again! I really miss it!!

OCEAN MARINE YACHT CLUB
I HAVE BEEN RENTING IN THIS BUILDING FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. THE BUILDING IS BEAUTIFUL. IT IS A NEWER BUILDING WITH GREAT AMENITIES INCLUDING POOL THAT FACES THE INTERCOASTAL AND NICE GYM. I ONLY HAVE TO CROSS THE STREET TO GO TO THE BEACH. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN A GREAT CENTRALLY LOCATED AREA. I COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE!!
