Oasis Delray Beach Apartments

So far so good. A few items need attention but we will wait to submit an order so we don’t bother maintenance workers. The area seems really great!

Quiet, clean community. There are many amenities, in addition to the pools we have a gym. I also love the walkability of the community and the views while walking and most importantly I LOVE the public hammock

I have with Oasis for the last six years. I have to say I consider at home. The amenities are just wonderful and the staff is even better.. The grounds are always impeccable and safety seems to be a priority. Cheryl in the office is top-notch! Both professional and personable. Maintenance goes above and beyond and you never have to wait. They work diligently to address any issues that you may have.. Jason has been with them for quite some time and I consider him a friend. My only issue with Oasis is the parking, I am not sure why we don’t have a signed spots, but it seems as though it would help alleviate a lack of parking in the time it takes to find a parking spot each time coming home to your unit Again, I have to say other than the parking this place is five stars across-the-board Best location Best staff Best amenities

Goregous safe ( gated community)clean & friendly Management is quick and kind when there’s a problem. Grounds are clean. Dog friendly . very well lite at night. Two beautiful pools in the grounds plus a full gym.

I love living at the Oasis apartments The maintenance team is amazing Always on top of things that need to be taken care of. Staff is the best. !! So happy to be a part of the community

Stephan, the leasing agent, is very helpful and patient and calm. The grounds are clean. The location is good. I like the pool area and the volleyball court.

Community landscape and common areas are well kept. Pools are always clean. Quiet neighborhood. I love my apartment, specially my spacious kitchen. Kudos to the maintenance crew for keeping our community clean.

Been here two years, like it a lot... Only complaint is I dont understand why the pool is nearly as warm as a hot tub during the summer. Dont you have coolers in the filters?

Just moved in and I already love the place! I got a great 1b/1b overlooking the pond! The pool and bbq area is a vibe too! So happy I made the decision to move to the Oasis

Experience has been very pleasant and I am a happy resident. Property is well maintained. Love the pools especially in this summer weather. The clubhouse is perfect entertainment space for gatherings that are to large for my unit. The Amazon lockers work well and I have no complaints.

Oasis has been a wonderful place for me over the last few years to live, between the maintenance team and the management team here I don’t think you could have any better. Parking would be my only concern as it seems as though more and more people are either living here or staying here that are probably not under rental agreement.

I absolutely adore oasis!! The management and Maintenance are always super responsive. The amenities are always up kept and in great condition. I have referred 3 other families to here and they love it as well!

Love it here!! I do wish that the rent wasn't quite as expensive but the beautiful community makes up for it. The amenities are amazing and the people are super kind. 10/10

Love the community. It became home a decade ago. I’ve seen it transformed throughout the years the meet the expectations of the growing community in a positive manner. The landscape, community and all the updates to the community is a plus.

I have recently renewed my lease. I am going on my 7th year here at Oasis. I have to say some of the many reasons I have renewed are as follows, The management (Cheryl) specifically always goes above and beyond to provide the best service which is lacking in so many ways these day. She is professional to a point and also comes around with that personnel touch. I see her here early in the morning checking the grounds and late in the evening helping her staff. In my eyes she is invaluable in so many ways and is the main reason I renewed my lease. The grounds are always impeccable no matter what is going on. The amenities, gym, pool, hammocks, BBQ are always kept clean and tidy. The maintenance team, ALL of them always are both courteous and on point with any repairs. They communicate through the whole process from start to finish. And of course Location, Location, Location.... One very happy resident !!!!

My roommates and I love living here. The apartment is great. We have had a good experience so far. We love the pool and fitness center. Thank you oasis Delray Beach.

Wonderful have wonderful maintenance everything is kept beautifully the pools will just be done beautiful nice to hang out by the pool area we have hammocks done as well beautiful to hang out on Sunday

Easy move in and maintenance addressed issues quickly. Parking is plentiful. The trail around the lake is beautiful. It’s like living at a resort.

Absolutely love it here! I've not had a chance to use all the amenities yet because I've been quite sick but I love walking around the lake when it's nice outside. Maybe I'll hang around the clubhouse at some point and I miss using hammocks!! My only complaint would be the pool. its beautiful but theres no shade so when the sun is beaming down on the water and it becomes extremely warm. Its hard to cool off in the summer time. Overall a nice nice place to live.

Recommend to all ages and if you have kids or pet ! Amazing family or businesses trip you can stay here and enjoy the beautiful oasis, Long beautiful walks nice staff pool, gym , grills and hamacas avalibles, and food truck vendors

The community is beautiful, has a lot of amenities that are great, the management team are excellent and aim to keep the residents pleased and maintenance takes care of any issues reported within 24 hrs at most.

Just renewed my lease for another year looking forward to it I love my neighbors they placed me very nicely here at the Oasis apartments. Everything is so nice and clean maintenance is great I love the way that they do the maintaining around the complex

Oasis is one of the finest places out there, They offer for a host of amenities, excellent location and an amazing staff that has been here for quite some time. The apartments are updated, and if anything is ever needed, the maintenance staff is on top of it Immediately. Cheryl, the office manager is one of the finest and most professional out there. She takes pride in her job and it shows here at Oasis!! I have to say with a large inventory of communities in Delray Beach Oasis off the personal touch which is lacking these days.

Just getting ready for summer and here is like I always say, a vacation forever . Come to enjoy the food trucks and do some family reunion on the many spots to cook some goods also pool for residents always open 7 days of week and the gym too

The staff are great with making sure everyone’s needs are met as they reside in the community. They are respectful , professional and responsive. Maintenance responds to any needs regarding the units and the grounds quickly and take care of any issues immediately. The community itself is beautiful and taken care of. The amenities are great! It’s also 3 miles from the beach!!!

Staff is very helpful. They respond quickly to calls and emails and respond to any inquiries we have. Grounds are kept clean and community is quiet. We’ve just renewed our lease for another year!

I have been living in Oasis for the last 6 years. It is hard to find a team of people that truly care and also feel as though you live in a community. They always go above and beyond to make sure we feel safe and anything that is needed Is taken care of an efficient manner. The grounds are impeccable, The amenities are wonderful, The staff is beyond professional, The apartments are lovely. I look forward to Continuing here as we have neighbors that truly make Oasis feel like home

This apartment community is the best one i’ve lived in so far. The managers, maintenance, neighbors, etc are all so friendly and it truly is a great experience!

10 years and I can’t complain about the community. The community has gotten upgrades every year meeting the needs of the residents. Everything is well maintained and beautiful.
