Current Resident
Nice neighborhood and staff. But this place is filled with roaches!!!! I have lived on this property for 3 years in 2 separate buildings. Roaches in both buildings, if you like sharing your home with roaches I suggest you live here.

Nice lake front community
Nicely landscaped gated lakefront community. Condos are either owned by the developer or private owners, thus some condos are updated others are not. I love the pool and the landscape. I find it to be very relaxing and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like the area as several shops are in walking distance (grocery store, pharmacy, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes and many smaller shops and a few restaurants, e.g. Golden Corral).

Calm neighborhood! Close to everything....walmart, winn dixie, mcdonalds in walking distance! Never had a problem....staff in office are excellen!!

our apartment's AC is broke. Windows leak. Lights are messed up. Just have an old apartment
