Property Ratings at Oasis at Heritage
I would seriously look into other options before even considering oasis. First off the women at the front have the worst attitudes...you get nickeled and dimed for everything thing here...you pay for trash pickup(that you cant cancel even if you take your own because theres so many rules on what they will pick up), parking for your car(which u never get because you have to park a mile down from your apartment if you're not home by 7pm) a fee to stay on the 3rd floor, pay for spraying every month (even if they dont come which they dont). The walls are thin you can hear conversations from neighbors. Pet owners DONT pick up after their dogs poop everywhere and it reeks of pet urine just walking down the sidewalk. Horrible place to stay and horrible people running it.

This place is gorgeous. Super friendly and professional staff, cared a lot and were very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Did a tour and loved the facility especially all the amenities (especially the pool and cute little dog park).

It's a fairly new apartment. But living here you don't feeling like it. Overpriced and not worth it. Thin walls, overcrowded you can never get admission to the pools, parking is the worst, and ppl break into my car. It's unsafe for the price.

please consider other options. this place is unfair. you have to pay for parking at a place you live at. they charge lots of unnecessary fees and the management is dismissive and unprofessional.
Oasis is a great place to live, that has all of the amenities you are looking for as a tenant in the area. Premium finishes.

I give this apartment complex 4 stars. I would give 5 stars but nowhere and nothing is perfect. Oasis is a wonderful place to live. The community is beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic for not only this area but the surrounding areas. The apartments are very spacious and very up to date. You get what you pay for. The staff is very friendly, always helpful, professional and most of all respond to emails in a timely manner. Each day I come home to my apartment; I feel like my apartment complex is a small resort, that gives you a feeling of temporarily being away from the stress of life. Most people go on a one week vacation a year to a place similar to here, I'm lucky that I get to live here every day, with the resort feel with amenities. I feel very at home and safe here and have never had any issues. Anytime I've needed maintenance, when I called, they were there in a timely manner and fixed whatever was needed with no problems and respectful when entering my apartment. At times the parking is a problem depending what time you get home, but this is a new community, and they are working on resolving this problem. At one time speeding in the community was a problem right after the community opened however, this has stopped as speed bumps have been added. Again, this is a new complex, so I personally have noticed each time a problem has risen the management team has worked diligently to find a way to resolve the problem and not ignore it. As a new complex some problems will happen in the beginning. Overall, I highly recommend, and you will not find anywhere in Wilson or Rocky Mount any nicer, safe or beautiful. Oasis has a lot to offer and again you get exactly what you pay for. I hope to enjoy many more years at Oasis, and I hope this review will help anyone interested in renting at this beautiful community.

Management ignores emails sent them and then pretend they did see them. The apartment walls are so thin you can hear full conservation from other people, so no privacy at all. Parking is the worst and they don’t enforce the policies on parking.

The office staff is amazing, always nice and friendly no matter what issue you may have. Very helpful and caring when dealing with you and your concerns. The maintenance staff is quick and on point, they fix any issues in a very timely manner and clean up after themselves which I love, Nick and Clark are always very nice and ask me how my day has been and if I have any issues they should know about. Community is nice and clean, the one downside is the parking. Otherwise a very awesome place to live and would I’d recommend to any friends and family.

Amazing office and Maintenance Staff! The Maintenance Supervisor responds very quickly to the few comments and questions I had about the apartment and the office staff always has a smile on there face and are very helpful with my questions about the community!

I'll start with the good. - The ladies in the management office are very nice and helpful with any issues that may arise. - The maintenance staff is also very helpful and on point with anything you may need fixed, they respond in a timely manner. - The apartment space is nice, plenty of storage, large closets, new appliances, etc. Everything you could expect from a new building. - Very efficient HVAC/water bill, our combined utilities are less than $80-$100/month. - Have not seen a single insect of any kind inside of the apartment. - Local police department responds quickly and in a timely manner it seems like. Here is the bad - Too many people in the communal and pool areas. - Too many people that DO NOT LIVE HERE that slip into the pool and communal areas and cause severe crowding. - Too many people slipping into use the communal areas that cause a lack of parking. - An overall lack of parking to begin with. - The company did not add any speed bumps to the roads and there are more reckless drivers in this neighborhood burning rubber than anywhere in Wilson, NC. I am just waiting for someone to be ran over before they do anything about it. - The local police department had to show up 3 times in one evening recently, not only a bad look, but proof that the company doesn't have control over the neighborhood. - The company also decided to be cheap by not adding a gate to the property.
Don't let the fancy kitchen and open floorplans distract you from the HORRIBLE apartments that these are! Not only do people drive like maniacs through the parking lots, but there is also ever enough parking and there are always parties and fights going on outside! Things have been stolen from our vehicles during the night. The management absolutely SUCKS- and they are QUICK to add extra fees to the rent and even lock up your rental account without making you aware.I could name other horrible things that go on here, but there is a character limit for this review. I never would have moved here if it hadn't been the only thing available at the time.
