First of all the staff and new manager here are one of reasons I enjoy the community here they are very easy too talk to and work orders are fix in a very fast manner and they communicate with you the whole way. I as many are dealing with increased way of life from higher gas higher food prices and raising of rent. For the latter of those I have too eat some humble pie with regarding a review I wrote on increase rent I was mistaking by it and not only after I talked too them about it and they communicated with me I walked out of the office with a new signed lease all because of the excellent staff

This is a great community to live in. The office staff are friendly and amazing. Anytime you need help or have a concern they take care of it quickly. Great neighbors to be around.It's quiet and peaceful and a great environment to be around if you have kids!

I just recently moved here, its been almost a month. I absolutely love it here! Niko and Jenelle have been awesome in making sure it was a smooth transition and that everything was perfect for my new home! They are absolutely amazing! There were a few things that needed fixing in the apartment but Maintenance was very prompt and fast about making sure that everything was fixed perfectly. The staff has been amazing and I am very pleased with the layout of the apartment and the location is fabulous. The grounds are awesome and kept very clean and nice. My neighbors are very nice and friendly too. You can really tell that the staff at Oasis at Bayside work hard to make this a very enjoyable community to live in. I am very grateful and happy here and look forward to many more years here at Oasis at Bayside. Sincerely Lily

This spot truly is an oasis. Quiet. Friendly. Secluded. Walls thick so can play your music with no worries. Well maintained landscaping. Nice pool. Air conditioned laundry facilities. Plenty of parking. Responsive and caring office staff. They run it professionally without being over your shoulder. Turtles in front pond. Nice Cuban and Korean place 1 minute walk away. Close access to Rt 19, and ulmerton runs right into 275 to Tampa. Never had an issue but moved back north because I missed my family. Thank you for my time there!

We just moved to the area and we are so glad to we found this place! The application process was quick and easy, and Janelle has been amazing helping us! We had some bumps in the road moving in and I was so impressed with Janelle, Marisela, and their maintenance team for handling things so quickly and efficiently. We are still settling in, but we love having access to a pool and playground for our little ones and have enjoyed our experience at Oasis so far :) It’s a good location, close to everything and I do feel it is a safe place for my family. With all apartments in this price range, you’re not going to get every thing you want, but the perks here (in my opinion) are the large closets, easy/close laundry and trash, den space, quiet apartment (I haven’t heard my neighbors through the walls), plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff, family-friendly amenities, and outdoor deck space. We did not choose an updated apartment, but even so, it’s still nice :)

We've been here for10 years and have seen may new owners and staff. Marisella is kind and compassionate about helping us out with maintenance or any other problems we may run into and that takes off a lot of the stress of renting. This is a great place to live and ALL the office staff are great!

My mom and I have been living here since 2016, we recently upgraded to a bigger apartment August 2020 and it has been wonderful. Management is wonderful and the maintenance team always does their best to help! The amenities and facilities are clean and well cared for, we couldn't be luckier to have found such a great community at an affordable price.

I am living here at Oasis at Bayside for a second time. Everything you need is in small radius, including the beach, which is approx. 10-15 mins on the same road. There are gas stations close by, multiple restaurants, and the US-19 Highway is less than one minute away. The landscaping is done regularly, keeping the place very neat and tidy. The current property manager has been doing a wonderful job lately, particularly with the situation in the world. The property manager was given a difficult task when taking on her position at he the complex, she has grown into the position. She is fast-acting and truly cares about her residents. Any maintenance issues I have had were taken care of with a simple submission on the property website.

This is my second time living here and I’ve had no issues what so ever, There is a reason I’m back for the second time (first time leaving was due to family needs) anytime I need assistance someone is always calling me to see what is going on or what it is I need. Do you like spending entire summer months without AC? This is your place! Are you tired of NOT having ants in your living space? Your dream apartment awaits! Don’t you just hate when you can’t hear EVERYTHING outside through paper thin windows and walls? Search no more! Isn’t it the worst when your drains and all things connected to them work properly? Oasis hates that too! Isn’t it frustrating when you can park in front of your building? Get that extra exercise in with their overcrowded parking which will leave you hundreds of yards from your door! With state of the art pay per load laundry machines that are so gentle that they take 2-3 cycles (and payments) to dry your clothes, you will never have to worry about a shrunken garment again! Lots of lipstick but this place is still a pig. The prices are low (however are somehow going up) but the real cost of living here is time, frustration and BASIC comforts that many other complexes easily provide. You deserve better than this. Go literally anywhere else ??

I am currently a resident unfortunately. I have lived here the past 2 years and every month I need maintenance to come out and fix my AC. I was told i need to defrost the AC so it doesn't freeze up......I am sorry when did i start getting paid to do your job? It has now been a year and half later and i am currently sitting in my house with it being 80 degrees. The office staff is arrogant and thinks your just trying to get things for free. Staff is rude and the property is just hanging on its last leg. Oh and lets not forget your surprise hidden fee when you go to pay your rent... this month is was over $30. Past 6 months German roaches have infested my apartment and it took that long for them to get an actual exterminator out here to take care of it.

Do not waste your money!!! Worst place I have ever lived. If I had 1,400 I would break my lease today I hate it that much. Office staff is rude when you can get a hold of them. Maintenance is also rude and awful. They could care less if something breaks. I call them and they are rude to me. My air conditioner breaks all the time 5 times in the past year. It just broke again with my newborn they were supposed to bring a portable air conditioner that they couldn’t find and told me to just deal with it for the night. I was up of course all night worrying about my newborn overheating. Washers and dryers are expensive, never work, dirty, and take your money. Go anywhere else but here!!!
