Property Ratings at Oakwood West
They have been updating at this location. New pool furniture last summer, washers and dryers provided, large kitchens. Friendly neighbors. Really couldn't ask for more
Looked at my credit report today and saw that I’ve been sent to collections for reasons unknown. I moved out in October 2021 and never received a call or email about any unpaid fees or anything. They also never answer my calls.
Sending a small charge for cleaning to a collections agency after I had no prior payment issues and after making absolutely no attempt to contact me to resolve them was just plain rude. Apartment was fine, though they don't tell you about the numerous spiders you'll have as roommates.
