I've been living here for more than a year now and it's been great! My apartment has little amenities you don't see in many places like slanted ceilings, a back door, cross light in the living room, and both a shelved closet and a walk-in closet in the bedroom. Management is wonderful and I was very happy to renew my lease!

I have lived here for 5 years . One of the main reasons I like it here is because there is no one above or below me. All of the apartments are one level and just four per unit. The rooms are a nice size and there is lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. I love the private patio. And if there isn’t a washer and dryer hook up in the apartment, they have lots of laundry rooms throughout the complex. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and efficient. Park Villas is a comfortable place to live

This is my first apartment and I can say I absolutely love this place. The people in the office are caring, respectful, and so helpful. The rent is afforable and the place is very peaceful and quite. The apartment is also very roomy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice apartments maintenance is very quick to solve problems very good place to live for family especially with amenities a park two pools gym and very close to school within two miles walking distance to high school half a mile for elementary school managers are very nice and helpful with any problems an awesome place to live

The property is very quiet and always picked up and clean! The maintenance men are very friendly and always have a smile. The two young woman that run the property Parys and Jordan are very friendly and efficient. I love that they do things in the community like had a BBQ when our pool first opened up in 117 degrees weather. Parys and Jordan were outside grilling the burgers and dogs in the heat. I absolutely love living here.

My move in was incredibly frustrating. Not allowed to move in when I wanted to on my move in day, unit was dirty, appliances didn't work 100%. Maintenance addressed minor things the next couple of days, still waiting on appliances a month later. The community seems quiet, decent area, close grocery store, close to Westgate. The office staff is understanding, and listens. The grounds are kept up and the poops are being renovated. New ownership tends to improve the property, so now is a good time to be here.

We're very happy here everything is very clean and easy access to everything. It's also good for my husband who is in a wheelchair to get around in the apartment and the laundry facility is right across from our apartment which is absolutely wonderful.

The front office amd maintenance team quickly responded to my service request. The front office is always enthusiastic and provides excellent customer service.
I’ve been living here for about almost 3 years, the office management is super friendly and understanding , as for maintenance they could be better one of them is rude, I love my apartment is spacious , it’s not I’m the best area but we haven’t had any issues with anyone it’s a quite and clean apartment over all we’re happy here and are very happy with the management I just wish some of the maintenance could be better.
I’ve only been here about a week but I’ve experienced nothing but peace and quiet. I love how private everything is. I’m talking about no loud neighbors. No barking dogs. Nothing too crazy. I love it.

I enjoy the spacious open feeling of the apartment. Also the one story apartment is good if you don’t like upstairs neighbors. I give it a 2 star because parking is always an issue with our neighbors.

Takes forever to get maintenance over here to fix stuff and and I try to get management to deal with neighbors being rude and still nothing done.

I actually love my apartment. The only thing is the kitchen doesn't have a proper place for a Microwave and the bathroom doesn't have sockets

Office staff is amazing! The grounds are always nice and clean!!! The laundry room is always available and clean! Residents that I have come across are friendly!
I've been a resident for more than 3 years, Since before new management and the name change. With the new management I'm able to communicate and they are very responsive, any issues I've had I was able to get situated. They have been in the works to expand the office and put addition community things and I appreciate it. The maintenance is on top of their job. The bittersweetness is that I wish I can have a washer and dryer in my unit. I have a older one bedroom and it doesn't have the right plumbing and what not to put one in. Minus the non washer and dryer I enjoy living where I'm at. My goal has been to live here until I can get a house and this is honestly a little mini house in the making to prepare for the real thing for the most part
The process for moving in was made easy by Claudia and Tally. Their horas are great. Easy payments online and a very family friendly environment.

I have lived here almost a year and have had any problems, It is quiet and the apartments are very roomy. The rent is cheap for what you get. The office staff are always helpful and friendly.
