The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oakwood Apartments
The lack of efficiency and communication is a bad look. Especially with the horrible state customer service is in. These young ladies really need to go through extensive training again. It was like communicating with a 2 year old toddler; repeat yourself multiple times, point out errors they should take accountability for. Our interaction was so redundant, we withdrew our application. And reading other's reviews....we we right in doing so!
Management is rude sometimes, New maintenance is no good (bring Back the Old Maintenance). Cars are constantly getting broken into and there not doing anything about it. Cars getting keyed and there not even calling back after reporting it like there supposed to. Several cars have been broken into since I moved in to the apartments. The security guards are jokes. Don't even observe and report like there supposed to (they only have one job). They just stand next to outlet to charge there phones. The only thing these apartments are good at is making sure they get their rent money. They will contact you next day if not paid.
This is my first apartment and I’ve hated it since day one I am actually about to begin a lawsuit. Everything will break over time within a year that’s not normal, and I have to ask them about 3 times to fix it, I seen 2 roaches after being here 3 months in barely home I don’t live like that asked them to spray I had to ask about 4 times and it happened again I asked 4 weeks in a row and after I just went and got my own. I literally could go on it’s one of the situations where the bad outway the good. Only thing good was they accepted me with poor credit.
I have found that in the 2 plus years that I have lived here, the personnel is very lazy, not only in assisting you in problem solving, but also maintenance tasks. I have learned over this time that the office personnel is not at all helpful in helping solve problems, but very keen on creating them. They are uninformed, rude, and speak down to you as if you should feel privileged that they actually pick up the phone to talk to you. Rent fees are always different each month, so you never know what or how much you are to pay. They have all these fees that they incorporate in the monthly rent, but never have they given you a break down of these fees, all you are told is don't question it, just pay it. When reporting an issue, they say they will get back to you on it, but after a few days with no answer and you get back in contact with them, they swear they never had a conversation on the issue. Complete incompetence! Also, too, I have also experienced cockroaches here and even rodents from mice to rats. Right now, we have a rat all over this building. I would hope that no other person or people would ever rent here again. If you do not believe me, come rent here for 6 months or a year. They are real nice getting you to come in, but see how it goes after that. Just remember, different month, different fee! If that sounds good to you, this is the place to rent.
It's like living in a concentration camp They give u the ok to do something and u do it and they go back on their word saying they never did said it They don't care about there tenants and what happens to them Storage shed and cars get broken into to Them claim there's security but when u call they don't come or show up When they fix something it's done half assThe lady's in the office can be very rude It's suppose to be a smoke free property but it's not The employees go by the storage sheds or garbage areas and smoke This place I would never recommend and it's joke They raise your rent $100 every 6 months if u don't renew your lease
I wrote a bad review on this apartment complex three days ago. It was approved the apartment complex did not like the review so they complained. The only reason they have this many stars is because they complain about bad reviews. This keeps their star rating high. I currently live here as a resident this is not a good apartment complex. There is never any parking after 5 PM, laundromat is dirty my clothes have been bleached by people not using the laundromat correctly, they have a cockroach infestation problem, and office personnel are rude and talk down to you except for Sammy she is awesome! They are very high-priced for the area that they are in.
I fell in love with my apartment when I first saw it. There are three pools and a gym, the staff is absolutely amazing and willing to help out in any event. The maintenance are fast and security are very prompt and always around. Any issue I've ever had was addressed that day and fixed within that day.
This is my fiancé and I's first apartment, and we have been living there for eight months now, and they treats us the very best. Whenever we have problems they help immediately and they treat us amazing and put us first!! To me that makes a great place to live!
The apartments are very well kept up and the employees are very helpful. I think that the only thing I would change is the bathroom does not have a movable shower head. I've lived here over a year now and it's close to my sons school.
I have lived here since Nov 2014. I like it, my daughter is happy here, but honestly the rent is pretty expensive. But the location is great. I'm close to everything.
I Absolutely love my new Apartment. Did a walk in to visit the place. Management was so friendly and helpful. Decided to start the process that same day. They are beautiful Appartments with 3 pools a tennis court and a small gym.
