I am so excited to embark on my new journey here at Oakwood apartments!! After apartment hunting for the past couple of months, Oakwood has welcomed me with open arms!! Mrs. Lee & Mrs. Liz are absolutely AMAZING! They make the process so smooth & easy going! Thank you ladies for being patient with me and keeping me updated along the way! My apartment came updated & super cute! The rooms are really spacious & I'm just overall excited to decorate and make it home for me and my boys!

I’ve been living here over an year and I love it. I’ve read the reviews and haven’t experienced anything bad. I had to come see for myself and it’s the opposite. The management is GREAT I love them and maintenance is always on time. They keep the grounds kept up, no extra noise, no hanging out etc. My apartment is nice and don’t have anything bad to say about it. Ms Adams is wonderful couldnt ask for a better landlord!!!!

My experience at Oakwood has been very good. The office staff and maintence workers are very friendly and helpful. The apartments grounds are kept up very well But they can't Control people who liter. That’s why we should all work together to keep the community we live in clean. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Oak wood's staff and company is welcoming and attentive. if any maintance issues arise they are there in a timely manner to fix the issue safely and quickly the grounds are maintained and the neighborhood is quiet they are a no non sense company but care about the well being of their tenents

I know all about this place. Avoid at all costs! Don't walk, RUN! Far far away! Don't believe me? Go ahead, you will be crying after you go postal from living there and dealing with very corrupt owners and management. Very bad juju around this place. People have been murdered and left laying right there in front of the apartment. Theft, Bed bugs and roaches galore! Once you sign that dotted line you are STUCK no matter what and you will suffer and pay them for your suffering. They will not even consider letting you out of a lease you just signed within a few days once you are moved in and realize there are roaches everywhere or your vehicle gets stolen. This might sound too outrageous to be true but it is no exaggeration. They will do you so wrong upon move out and charge you outrageous prices for things you had no clue they could even charge for. They will find a way to keep your deposit plus add charges like carpet cleaning even though they never have the carpets cleaned when people move out. If you have kids they literally are not allowed to go outside. And don't plan on ever having guests.

This is the worst maintained apartments of all time nobody should give these people their money. The won't return the full deposit because everything has to be replaced but all they do is get the appliances from vacant apartments....I have bad pest problems tons of wolf spiders and the have been laying eggs in my house I have also had lots of millipedes that are huge by the way, lizards, and even giant worms coming out from under my carpet. I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL AND MANAGEMENT DOSENT CARE. THE SPIDERS HAVE BITTWN MY KIDS AND I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THEM TO ARKANSAS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL. OUR KIDS ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO PLAY OUTSIDE !!!!!!! IM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU... THEY EVEN LOCK OUR MAILBOXED UP AFTER 9PM.....PEOPLE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM OAKWOOD APARTMENTS

Applied for apartment, the manager said she couldn't count my social security as income or childcare as income because babysitting is not a real job! I told her I was told by her employer those would count, She said she was the manager it didn't matter what anybody else said. I was then told she was on her lunch break, that should would have to call back. She never returned the call, when I called back and asked for the owner, nobody in the office would give out that information. I've heard that they assure you an apartment, then ask for the one time fee known you would be denied but I didn't believe until it happen to us. It's sad the manager gets to pick in choice who she like to live there, if she don't like you, you don't get in.
