About Oakwood Apartments
Oakwood The apartment comes with stove, dish washer, and fridge. The common area has washer and dryer for laundry. This units has AC units and forced heat. The Property Manager takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, and water. Tenants pay for gas and electric Pets are allowed, dogs have a 35 pound weight limit. All animal will have a non refundable administration fee of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional $25 per cat & $60 for dogs. Two animal per apartment. Please note- Pictures shown are to get the general layout of the apartments we have, details as for flooring, paint and appliances may be different for each unit. Pictures shown are of a 2 bedroom upper unit.
