The six Plex that I live in needs a lot of renovation done. I have been here 5 years now and nothing has ever been replaced in my permit except the refrigerator which apparently I earned one year for signing another lease. Besides that the management seems to change every year. The building is also not smoke free so I continue to struggle with my neighbors who chain smoke and make everything in my bedroom and my closet smell putrid. I feel like this apartment is not healthy for my son especially because of the bugs

Our experience with management has been positive overall, and we are excited to live here. It can be a challenge to find places that meet all of your needs while fitting your budget, and Oakview Townhomes has done just that for us. All of the neighbors weve interacted with have been nice, which is a great bonus!

I left a message Friday about signing a new lease. The lady from Sterling pointe called me right away on Monday morning and emailed me the link to resign. The lady I dealt with was friendly and professional. They gave a certain $ amount in upgrades for signing my lease by a certain date. I requested ceiling fans as my upgrades for renewing my lease. To my surprise they came and installed them the next day. It was my 1st time meeting Kip and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He wore the boot covers so he wouldnt track in and dirt and there was zero mess left behind. He also took apart my dryer and cleaned it out. I am still waiting on the replacement lint screen though. Both Nick and Kip have been great maintenance guys to deal with.

Great staff. Maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. Good place at decent price.

Oakview Townhomes are amazing. The friendly neighborhood and amazing apartments are cheap for what they are charging you get so much in every apartment and they are not all the same. My 2 family members live in the other complexes and their townhomes are beautiful and everywhere you go someone is saying hello and being friendly neighbors. The staff is so friendly I felt like they really cared about what I specifically needed at all times during the move in process and after we were settled in. I will be living here for a long time.

My move in and application process was great! I am a shy person and getting to see the place by myself was a plus I do know it was because of Covid but it did make my first impression much more comfortable! Everything was a breeze. Another great thing is this little area accepts dogs and the neighbors clean up after there pets! So my dog can make friends and she has!

Love our home at Oakview Townhomes. Nice quiet, family friendly neighborhood within walking distance to parks and shopping.

Overall it is a decent and affordable place to live with. Office and Maintenance staff are always helpful.

Great management and family community if you got kids theres lots of summer activities the neighborhood does

Happy with the apartment. Rent seems a bit high with also having to pay for all the utilities but nice. When I call about something I am always treated in a professional manner.

Oakview townhomes is a a very nice place to rent from management is excellent and the neighborhood is very friendly lots of children that have big open spaces here to play in a park right down the street and the amount for rent is a great price for the space we have.

I was nervous moving into an apartment after being a home owner for 40 years. I like the homey environment of our neighborhood. It has the character one likes in a home, with big evergreens and trees,as the finishing touch.. The service and the management have been good to work with. We love it here.

Iv only lives her for a month but Im loving it. I have never lived somewhere with new appliances and/ or washers and dryers. The perks to the townhouse are unbelievable to me.
