Hot water constantly goes out, for days on end. Management never offers any compensation for the inconvenience, just excuses. No security cameras in the parking lots for residents, only by maintenances storage. Our cars have been vandalized and hit and others have had their storages broken into. Rude neighbors constantly drinking in the parking lot and leaving their empties everywhere. Extremely unhappy with our experience here.

Extremely friendly and helpful leasing off of staff as well as property management. Well kept up, however, older property. Apartment was nicely, cleaned and moderately updated upon move-in. Fits market pricing.

In the past I've written great reviews for Arrive, Westlake Village. However I am hoping this review will move management to solve a problem. I wish I could post an image of 10/12 mattresses piled high, some falling over, surrounded by furniture in the wide open. It's such an eyesore, and makes Arrive look like a dump site, unkempt, and dirty. Guests who have seen this huge pile of junk have expressed how terrible it makes this place look. I have sent two emails to management, and no one has responded. I am hoping this eye-sore can be resolved.

I love living here at Arrive. They are actively working to improve all the amenities. It is a safe and quite neighborhood and the staff is always very kind
I'm enjoying living here. The grounds are peaceful and well maintained. Any issues I've had have been take care of right away by the effective maintenance staff. And I am grateful to have respectful, friendly neighbors. My dogs love our daily walks to the park, and I am really appreciating the gym and pool in our community.

Grounds are generally kept very clean, except for the back by building 201 and 205. Neighbors constantly littering and drinking beer leaving a mess, blasting music and being rude. Luckily the leasing office is responsive when complaints are made.
The surrounding community is safe and quiet and the staff has been great to us. Our apartment is beautiful they have done a great job taking an older property and renovating upgrades inside the units. It's peaceful and good size units.

All is good. Keeping the site looking good and CLEAN is very helpful to set the table for a strong community. I feel there can always be more done in this area especially common areas like trash, laundry, parking lot.

I like living here. It's quiet. The amenities are clean for our use. Conveniently located a mile from the market and the places to be. The staff is friendly and helpful. My neighbors are quiet and nice to cit chat with.

Everyone has been very helpful! We love our apartment and feel very safe. Everything is new and clean. The only thing is that there are no lights in the living room or bedrooms, so we use lamps for everything.

Despite encountering some challenges during the transition due to layoffs from previous management, the overall experience has been acceptable. The amenities offered at Arrive Apartment Homes are good, not great. The game room sits empty and the pools go mostly unused . The community is really safe. In conclusion, while the transition period may have presented some initial challenges, my experience at Arrive Apartment Homes has been acceptable.

It’s fairly quiet, close to the freeway but you can’t hear it, and the pools are nice. The lightly renovated apartments are nice, still an old building but still good living conditions. Maintenance has been great!

Not great based on the price and amenities provided. No in home laundry and no central heating or cooling. Also few have laundry in home and few of them not, but still water bill is split even across all

Arrive has been really great so far. Nice apartment quick service requests. Sometimes can be a little bit loud but mainly just young kids having fun not a big deal.
