First and foremost, the cleanliness of the apartments is outstanding. It's clear that the management takes pride in maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Manager is amazing, he is simply awesome! Always responsive and genuinely caring, he goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel at home. Any concerns or requests I had were addressed promptly, making my experience all the more enjoyable. The neighborhood surrounding the apartments is also fantastic. It's safe and I love how it’s located next to my child school makes it so convenient for us.
The apartment is great, it's a quiet area, and Jeff is an awesome manager! Very affordable rent as well. Highly recommend.
Lantana is quiet, never have any issues. The management is awesome, Jeff is the best!! 10/10 recommend

Apartment was beautiful inside. Clean and quiet. Great staff excellent manager and maintenance man!! Owner is nice. Manager on sight Jeff is sweet and very helpful!!! Recommend those apartments!!
I'm excited to call this place home for the time being. The Trevinos are good down to earth people and take great care of us! Its a safe, Peacefully quite neighborhood with a view of deer out the window in the mornings (a huge pasture behind the complex on 3 sides!!) Our 3 bedroom is tip top shape and a beautiful modern floors and counter tops. The pool is always crisp and sparkling! Everybody is sweet to boot. I love it!!
The rental manager, and her maintenance crew have always been very kind and efficient. Whether it be a personal situation, or apt situation....The experience has always been a pleasant one. They make sure the grounds stay clean, although at times the tenants needed to be reminded to do the same. The new name and the makeover will give that hidden gem that extra touch. If you are looking for a new place to call home....Don't miss out! Small community....with lots of love....kid and pet friendly. My daughter lived there for years...Great job Melissa!!!!
