Property Ratings at Oaks at Victory
So, you need a real review from a real renter. Our family is here as we await a home on the Islands. It IS close to the Islands-but NOT their school district. The gym has been closed since May 2022 when we moved in. It is closed due to “legal” matters-but we still pay for that amenity. The pool is beautiful, and it is super pet friendly when maintained. Often the washers and dryers are down; do NOT count on this amenity. They are non-existent in communication, and I know several tenants who will back me on that?? I have reached out to their parent company, and they are amenable but not the power I thought. They AC is great in some rooms, but it is not going to cool you in these really hot summers-it’s new but old?? It is close to everything, and that’s why we will stay for a year, but I need you to listen and learn (always a teacher, lol) from my issues!
