The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oakridge Apartments
Landlord is trash and she’s harassed everybody in the neighborhood about everything... even sitting on your porch or in your car on the phone ... also they never have hot water & sewer backs up a lot ...
I currently live here and the Manager and Maintenance quy trys their best to keep Oakridge up. Recently they have made upgrades to the Apartments and is bringing the quality up. The building appears to be getting old but as the repairs are being made it's being maintained. The Apartments are Huge and spacious and beautiful on the inside. The office lady is nice and very helpful. The maintenance is nice to I just think he needs some help from time to time because he by his self. Its located in a good area surrounding schools, shopping and food in walking distance. I love where I stay
I have lived at Oakridge for about 10 years now and I recently have had a chance to purchase my first home. I am little scared yet its something I have aklways wanted to do. But most important I am sad to leave Oakridge. I have seen there ups and there downs and since the new office staff have came on board about 6 years ago its been a tremendeous change in atmoshpere, safety, cleanliness, etc. We couldnt keep an apartment manager longer than 2 months before and Tanisha and Rich have been there over 6 years now. So im sad to leave them and my spacious apartment. My neighbors made me feel like i was living in a community instead of a complex. The apartment has a washer and dryer hook-up, 2 full bathrooms (1in the master bedroom) plenty of storage and many other amentites. The only thing i disliked was there was nothing for the kids to do so its pretty adventurous during the summer, but other than that I have enjoyed my later years here! hope this helps you and your decisions. Also, they always throw resident appreciation events and my favorite was the year she gave every resident a 15 minute message and fed us chocolate and fruit for Valentine's Day!
Oak Ridge Apartments on located on Holmes Rd, just across the street from Holmes elementary school and down the street from American Grille. These apartments offer 2 and 3 bedroom units. These units are quite spacious and have lots of storage space. Upstairs units also have balconies. 3 bedroom units have 2 bathrooms, one (the main bathroom in the hallway) with both shower and tub and a second bathroom in the master bedroom with just a shower. These apartments are very comfortable and have a ton of closet space in each room. I love it here and I'm sure you will too!
