I've lived here on 2 separate occasions; I've currently been here almost 2 years under their new management and have been impressed with the changes that have been made. The maintenance is incredibly responsive to any issues that may arise and is very quick to address and resolve them. The Managment Is very involved in making sure the property is well maintained and a safe place to live. The grass is cut weekly like clockwork and extermination is done monthly to every unit, transparency is maintained by a notice of extermination days before it takes place, and they work with your schedule if you are on night shift etc. Ms. Rosie goes above and beyond for the tenants here and it is greatly appreciated!

Mrs. Rosie is so sweet and accommodating. She came right away when I thought I heard water dripping somewhere. Everything is fresh and clean, and it's very quiet, which is much appreciated. I do not doubt that she and her amazing, friendly team will make this a great place for new beginnings.

Moving here was a breeze ! The property manager answered any and EVERY question ive had which was a lot ! Anytime I’ve needed the manager or maintenance they was one call away ! Very friendly, very helpful, and very well kept ! The neighbor is quiet and not far from wal mart and there’s a gas station right up the street . I would recommend this property 500xs !

The apartments are clean and spacious. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Never had any issues. No pool or shared amenities. Try to get an end unit if you stay here to cut down on the shared noise from neighbors.

The management is awesome always friendly and willing to help. The property is safe and clean and maintenance is always a phone call away when needed.

I have had a great experience with the management at this location. The property has been greatly improved and is now very well maintained. The staff has been extremely friendly.

Rude, unfriendly and very unwelcoming. Answers the phone bluntly by “hello”. Has a very short attitude accompanied by even shorter answers when asking questions. Doesn’t go into detail or give room to ask any further questions. Just the same “nothing right now” Everytime we call.

My daughter and I moved in several months ago and the staff has been great. All bumps have been small and maintance was there usually within the same day. Other residence are respectfull and the area is quiet. My daughter and I feel safe here and know if there is a problem, it will be handled.

Everyone here has been nothing but helpful and nice. Maintenance is done in a timely fashion, and the property manager is very responsive. Negative reviews are either older than new management, or from tenants who can't abide by their lease. Great place to be!

I am a current resident and absolutely love it here. Mrs. Rosie is super attentive and helpful. The community is very peaceful, the environment is beautiful and clean. 10/10 would recommend living here

This is the worst place I have ever lived. The management is nothing but rude and disrespectful. There is maintenance team and everything is falling apart. Definitely not a place for a family.

Me. Hughey the property manager is awesome. She is very attentive to residents and responsive. She is very fair and will always go out of her way to help with anything you ask. Awesome place to stay!

I haven’t been here very long. You feel welcomed at the start. It’s very quiet. It’s a nice town home for a couple that’s for sure. If you have a problem they’ll fix for you right away. Some apartments are not like that.

I am a new resident and so far this place is golden compared to other apartments/townhomes in the area. Management could not be better, when you need them they are there and respond quick and if they need to have someone come out it’s all done very quickly. Me and my daughter feel so much more at home then we did before and they made everything easier with my situation especially, I was moving in around the holidays and the property manager came in on her off day just for me and was so sweet about it. I can’t say enough good things about this place or the management. I love my home!

Excellent service I love staying in my apartment 74 clean and the area is clean. Me and my family is safe.Anything I need to be done on my apartment gets done and management is some sweet people

I am a current resident of Oaklawn Heights Townhomes. As of April, 2021, this property has NEW OWNERS and a NEW RESIDENT MANAGER, and what a huge difference it has made! Out with the old and in with the new! Everything is my townhome is brand new and updated, including paint, trim, flooring, ceiling fans in the living room, and all bedrooms, updated electrical, and my kitchen appliances are all brand new. All other units on the property are being updated as well. Check out the pictures on APARTMENTS.COM! If anything needs attention or fixing, my Resident Manager makes sure things get handled and done in the proper way, and quickly. I’m very blessed to reside here, it's quiet, safe and clean.

This property is in a good location, schools close by, limited traffic. The neighbors don't bother you, property manager is always available. Any maintenance issue's that I've had have been handled within 2 days, unless it's been an emergency. I LOVE IT!!!!

I have only lived here since after the new management took over. We moved into a renovated apartment with new cabinets, appliances, carpet, faucets/sinks and fresh paint. We’ve had a good experience so far, management has taken us seriously on the few minor problems we have had and was quick to respond and correct them. They respond to messages quickly!

These apartments are HORRIBLE! The electrical lines aren’t run correctly and the electrician they hired told me they were a fire hazard so they brought me a fire extinguisher! They let me go 3 months in the summer with no AC. My apartment flooded the week before I moved out and I informed the office, they did nothing so I had to move out sooner. Months after I moved out I got a bill for $1500. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!!

This property has been poorly managed for so long! Nothing was ever repaired or replaced. They have new management and finally updating the empty units (and jacking up the prices!) but the walls are so THIN you can hear your neighbors’ entire conversations (and they can hear yours!) There’s NO insulation at all! And the floors creak so badly - you can hear your neighbors every step! NO update will fix these issues! Just a bad experience from the beginning!

I have had nothing but issues since moving in. My ac went out in JULY and it wasn’t repaired for a month despite the fact that they sent THREE companies out and I had one of the companies call and curse at me Bc the leasing agent hired another behind his back and when they questioned her she told them I put the new unit in myself. My dishwasher broke and was supposed to be replaced, after a month of excuses as to why my new dishwasher hasn’t arrived the leasing agent and her boyfriend brought me her mother’s old dishwasher she was getting rid of instead of the brand new dishwasher I was promised. The wiring will start a fire, my outlet melted downstairs and the entire upstairs bedroom went out, guess how long it took them to fix it? RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! I cannot wait for my lease to end!
