Horrible place, owners are just greedy for money they don’t fix anything. Find somewhere else to live, they are disgusting.
Horrible this is just a horrible experience I'm living here now they fix nothing I have water coming from behind my stove going on two weeks now and they have not fixed it they keep saying they will fixed it. Do Not rent from them this is bad for your health
Great maintenance on staff to fix any issue and the front office is a major help I owe them a lot for helping me to get back on track
This a warning ?? Do not rent from the property. The service is horrible. They never do any service in the apartments. So pets control and bugs are everywhere. And on top of that they will steal you deposit money. They will make up any false damage so that you don’t get your money back. Please don’t rent from them.
do not move to this place its bad bad bad the maintenance staff is pesimo an air conditioner for pard for a one bedroom apartment ppr favor had a newborn baby which not only took the flu and cough because these apartments are full of moisture and black mold for the health of my son I left there without caring to damage my credit is worth more the health of my son
Oakland Hills is home to rats and roachesThe buildings also are full of mold and are falling apart.There is no central air, only a window unit air conditioner that breaks down all the time. They do not do needed repairs. This place needs to be condemned by the city, this property is a health hazard. Please stay away from this property,
My son, wife, and I live in a two bedroom apartment and we love it here. The main thing we love is living on the first floor and having a nice little patio. It's almost our own backyard and we can grill and have our dog out there. It gives it a very homey feeling. We also have the bonus of not having anyone stomp around above us! The maintenance could be a little faster getting the appliances fixed. But, those are minor issues that are normally resolved within a couple days. We will most likely be resigning.

There's aren't enough words to describe how horrible my experience was here !!! Beside the dinosaur sized water bugs briskly strolling across your living room floors like its a Sunday afternoon , our apartment was infested with mold ! BLACK MOLD !! Which was improperly taken care of since the first incidence ! Repeatedly I was told that I was crazy . After 3 months of moving in I got pregnant, not knowing how severity of the situation .I started to get nose bleeds, I struggled with bronchitis my entire pregnancy ! But We stayed , we didn't want to ruin our credit . I believed and trusted these peopl and started to believe I was crazy . That was until we moved out . I tore down the wallpaper and I couldn't believe my eyes . Because of damages we lost our entire 850$ deposit and then they want us to pay an additional 1250 ! Don't move here ! They will take your entire deposit and then blame you for their mold and lie to you .
This place is wonderful to rise kids quite ,clean and friendly.The staff is easy to talk to . Its near school shopping ,parks an their pool is wonderful .Unlike other apartments this place is the best .
The area is in great location, walking distance to Publix Store, Chase Bank, Bravo Supermarket, Family Dollar and more. And about 1-2miles away only to Walmart store. It's very convenient to people don't have a car just like me depending on the bus. The only problem is lots of cockroaches, sometimes the appliances breaking down but they can fix it by their maintenance people. Other than this, its a good place.
