Property Ratings at Oak Terrace
Manager never responded. Took them 8 months to remove a tree that went through my roof into the kitchen. A/C was constantly broken. Had to have a roller unit in the bedroom for months. Lived in numerous apartment complexes from SC to Atlanta. This was simply an awful experience.

I do apologize that you were not happy with your tenancy here at Oak Terrace Apartments. I don't know if this review was meant for another property, but if it was meant for us, I would like to address the discrepancy in your review when it was stated "Took them 8 months to remove a tree that went through my roof into the kitchen.' After Hurricane Helene our tree service was here the very next day. All trees that were leaning or on buildings were removed within 2 days of the storm. Also, when looking through the damage report sent to insurance, we never had a tree come through anyone's kitchen. Nor did I find the damage described in our 2023 insurance claim.
I love this place! Clean, well maintained, maintenance lives on site, property manager is respectful and accommodating. The residents that live here actually want to live here. Gated property, pool, on site laundry, what more could you ask for?
Nestled in the heart of Valdosta, Oak Terrace is a great place to call home. Outstanding property management and a superior maintenance team make this the best apartments in this area. I'm happy to call Oak Terrace my home and you should too!

Oak Terrace is a quiet and cozy apartment community. From the great residents to the management and maintenance staff, you'll feel right at home. Outdoor pool, exercise room and laundry facilities right in the center of the property. Gated community with lots to offer! One of the best apartment complexes we've ever lived in!
I've lived in Valdosta for over 5 years and the best place I've lived in is Oak terrace! The apartment is cozy but feels like home. The management and staff is amazing, Brenda and her husband are always smiling and willing to help with any problems you may have. They keep the grounds looking beautiful and decorate for every holiday! If you are looking for a place to feel like home, oak terrace is the place for you!
