As a year-long tenant at Oak Springs Ranch, managed by Greystar Property Management, I was initially impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable leasing staff and the well-maintained, though slightly dated, community. The limited parking (1-2 spaces per unit, plus garage parking) and high rent seemed justifiable for a well-managed property. However, my experience quickly deteriorated. A significant issue was the persistent ant infestation. Despite paying a mandatory monthly pest control fee, multiple maintenance requests for spraying were ineffective. After three failed attempts, I resolved the issue myself. Additionally, amenities were frequently closed for maintenance, and parking outside the garage was nearly impossible. The rapid turnover of three property managers in one year further highlighted the community’s poor management. The move-out process was an absolute nightmare. Despite hiring a professional cleaning service, leaving the apartment spotless, I was unjustly charged for cleaning and touch-up paint for pre-existing wall scratches documented during move-in. The inspector dismissed my objections, citing unwashed third-floor exterior windows and unverifiable scratches, displaying an unprofessional attitude. Worse, retrieving my security deposit and prorated rent refund was a five-week ordeal, involving unanswered calls and a convoluted corporate runaround, despite the account being settled within five days of move-out. Oak Springs Ranch’s mismanagement, ineffective pest control, and unethical move-out practices make it a place to avoid at all costs. Rent elsewhere.

In my experience, these are the best apartments in the area by far. I love that they provide a gated community, night time security on the premises, and attached garage options. The communal areas are always clean and the community feels very safe. It’s also child and pet-friendly which we love.

Oak Springs Ranch is a nice place to live close to stores, hospital and the freeway. Neighbors are friendly. It has amenities like the pool area, the gym and the barbeque area. It's also in a safe neighborhood.

The property management at this place is terrible. They avoid questions regarding anything to do with money. My place was consistently falling apart as far as the garbage disposal constantly breaking, my hot water going out every couple days, a serious ant problem. It’s suppose to be “luxury” but I don’t recommend at all. And this is the only facility I’ve ever rented from that doesn’t email a break down or security deposit charges. There places cheaper in the area that have better school districts and lower pricing. The only good part is maintenance as there quite quick and efficient.

I’ve lived here now for almost 2 years. Upon renewing my lease, my rent was NOT raised. I was pleasantly shocked and relieved, as this is industry standard. I work in the multi family construction industry and can tell you, from first hand experience, Greystar is known for taking great pride in their communities and tenants. I have been at this property for over two years and I am always impressed on the turnaround time and the quality of work anytime I submit a service request or repair work order.
Oaks springs ranch was our number one choice.My wife and I only took a tour of one other place when we came to oaks springs ranch we were greeted by Emily and other office staff. We immediately felt welcomed,Emily took us on a tour of the property and answered all of our questions very professional and friendly. She explained everything very clearly. We are very happy with our new place definitely exceeded all our expectations
I love living at Oak Springs Ranch. The management team is awesome and always are there to help their residents with any concerns. The maintenance team is great too, they receive respond promptly to any repairs and are always professional and kind when they enter your apartment. Oak Springs Ranch is the nicest property around with all the grounds kept nice and clean. In addition, they have very nice amenities for adults and kids.

We rented our place last year based off the floor plan without being able to see an actual model home due to COVID19 restrictions, so when I did my walk through I was more impressed with the layout and was more spacious than I anticipated. Their were a few cosmetic flaws due to previous tenants but I love coming home to peace and quiet.

Very satisfied with Oak Springs Ranch living. A place to call anytime and any day. Staffs @ the office are always very helpful and friendly. Every time I call for help, they are always there for me. They have never failed me. Maintenance call is excellent & quick. Very clean environment and pleasant place to live. Hello , I’ve been a resident here for about 9 months and I’ve enjoyed being here ! We have 4 kids and they love it here as well ! Pool is very nice , gym is excellent and we are near a lot of food places. Packages have never been stolen and maintenance is always friendly . Thankyou oak springs ranch !

Oak springs ranch is a very easy going community with ample amenities. The garages are a huge plus for space and the cars don't have any damage on them.

It’s cheaply built. It’s cheaply maintained, if at all. They don’t care when their faulty wiring electrocutes their tenants. Completely overpriced.

Neighbors with children are extremely loud especially because walls are so thin. they don’t enforce quiet times because even after 10pm you can hear children screaming. they don’t enforce the tenants of picking up dog poop and it’s littered everywhere they have two pools but if you live near the second one it’s not the best. the jacuzzi hardly heats up more than a warm bath. the only thing this complex is good for is not caring what your background is, anyone who applies is basically guaranteed approval.
Oak Springs Ranch is a great place to live!! The property is always very clean, quite, secure, along with a beautiful landscape. They also have great amenities to enjoy for adults and kids. The office staff and maintenance team provide outstanding service to all residents. They are all very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. I believe they truly care about the high level of service they provide and they are avgreat team working together! Im so happy to be a resident here and I hope to be here for many more years!!
