I've lived here almost 10yrs, this is home. Lori is the sweetest,nicest person, the maintenance guys are super nice and I've never had issues with getting anything taken care in a timely manner. I'm so glad I chose Oak Place Apartments to be my home.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have never had any problems. The maintenance staff is Excellent. When I put in a ticket for anything they are there the same day or the very next day. It is a quiet complex which I really like.

Been living here four years, first few years was good but management was coming and going but we now have better management that is active and takes care of the tenants. The apartments are decent and it’s nice not having a really big complex.

I love this place and I will forever recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for an affordable place to live. It’s very clean, quiet, and friendly. I’ve only lived here for a couple of months and I have yet to have a complaint. Never any issues for me.

This place has changed a lot over the last couple years with the new management that took over. I don't have any issues with the office responding to my concerns and honestly the current maintenance guys are fantastic. My work orders are fixed right away and even when I've had to call them out on the weekend they show up happy to help and get it fixed fast.

Not worth it, zero stars. I lived in this complex for 6 months and terminated my lease early. The windows molded to a severity it started making my throat sore, the shower had an odor that was difficult to keep controlled, and they never picked up the dog poop left from other residents. It was disgusting to walk past mounds of poop just to get to my door. The first night I moved in, the air conditioner leaked completely under the walls and onto the floors. I terminated my lease early, in April 2022... it is now December 2022 and I HAVE NOT received my security deposit back nor other expenses that I need refunded. I have been calling this complex since June to get my money back and every time I call - the regional manager Shannon is no where to be found. I cannot get any real answers from them as to WHY I have not gotten my money back. It's always "we don't have an update, sorry, will call you back this week FOR SURE" (eye roll). I have been patient for half a year and still have not gotten my money back. Lorie, the current office manager, has "promised" to return my calls with updates 3 times now over the course of a few months. I understand business gets busy - however, I have been extremely patient and understanding for more than enough time (8 months total). Would not recommend this complex to anyone.

For how big the apartments are and no amenities they are WAY over priced. The only amenity they have which is the pool was closed more then opened and usually not very clean. Maintenance calls take forever, once went without a dryer for a month waiting for it to get fixed (then they left dryer lint all over the apartment for me to clean) & no one is ever in the office the hours they say. Apartments are smaller then they show in the pictures hard to place a couch or even loveseat in Livingroom. When I first moved in they would spray for pests & that declined to around every 3-4 months and pests became a problem. If you have kids there is no where for kids to play. I left my apartment cleaned but they still charged me for carpet cleaning $45 & blinds $35 which I have video proof of how clean they were and also noted on my move in checklist the blinds were dirty but still got charged. I would recommend looking else where to live unless you have no other options.
I’ve lived here for over a year and I will NEVER recommend anyone to live here. The management is unorganized and is always changing. The maintenance guys always have a bad attitude and have zero care for the tenants. My Wife has had many problems with them like him just walking into our apartment, WITHOUT knocking and she was naked!!! They don’t care about the dogs around here even with the animal restrictions in place I’ve seen at least 3 different pit bulls! My point is wether you have good, bad, or no credit this is not a place you will enjoy living, and that’s a promise.
It’s honestly too expensive for what you get. There’s no storage and it feels very cramped. The management is okay and maintenance doesn’t always fix the problem. There was something wrong with our sink and we kept putting work orders in and they just kept saying nothing was wrong with it. The pool was never accessible to get into and was only really open during office hours during the week.
I have lived here for 5 years and if I have any problems they come right away. Which I barely have any problems. I am a paraplegic and my apartment is totally handicapped accessible. It is very quiet here and we have our own porch with a wonderful view of a creek and green trees. Would recommend anyone to live here. Management is also very nice and courteous. I have never lived so comfortable any where else in my life.
I love my apartment it is very updated, nice and clean with a fresh apartment smell, and the staff are so nice and friendly!
This apartment is very nice, clean and up to date with new appliances. Washer and dryer included, on site pool and very helpful staff. Close to schools and a very safe neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in okc.
