Property Ratings at Oak Park Village
The photo is false advertising. This is NOT what you get. This is a refurbished apartment they use only for showing. The apartments are old and run down with stoves and refrigerators that are rusted and barely working, and they dont' replace crappy ones for better ones. You WILL get screwed if you sign here. The new owners and staff are from hell and don't care about people at all. RUN.

I had arranged to lease a specific apartment, namely a first-floor residence with two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and no carpet. After paying a deposit a month in advance to secure the unit, we were disappointingly informed just prior to move-in that it was no longer available. While renters understandably pay for preferred amenities, initial transparency would have allowed us to explore alternative options. Management assured us of a refund within two weeks, but it has now been two months without any communication or reimbursement. Our visits to the office have yielded only unfulfilled promises of callbacks, highlighting a frustrating lack of accountability and communication among staff members.
Spacious rooms, has dishwasher (which is a plus), maintenance guys are good and kat is a very nice lady
Nice clean apartment when I moved in and the staff ( Kat & Kim)are very courteous and professional.
The property management team, Kim and Katt, made getting approved easy. Moved into a freshly painted and carpet cleaned!
Very poor staff very poor , very crooked type dealings with them , maitnence look like drug abusers, also the staff comes and goes in your apartment at their lesuire have heard of folks stuff being stolen . Also have had a big piece of ceiling falling and mildewed so that's my take .. look elsewhere this place is the pits ..
