!!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
Apartments are not up to code. Numerous violations when it comes to fire suppression and landlord knowingly rents units infested with mold they just paint over it. Broken windows throughout the entire building. Have had issues with rodents and insects as well. Landlord does not care about maintaining this building at all and will raise your rent every renewal claiming it's for repairs.

DO NOT live here.
Where to begin.... building is not up to code for ANYTHING. Building needs to be burned down and rebuilt. Holes in everything windows are awful. Landlord does nothing to get this fixed. You’ll never have hot water. Your garages are awful. And up your rent to more than nice buildings? Caretaker is a brute. Horrible and awful place to live. Truly. Not even worth it
