The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oak Hill
I moved into my 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment 3 years August 2019. I absolutely love it. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. The building hallways are clean and safe. When I had (which is minimum) maintenance issues there was a repair completed within 24-48 hours. When considering a community with quality living come grow on Oak Hill.
I visited and will soon be moving in. The neighborhood seems quite and the size of the apartments are large. I think that this place will fit my lifestyle
This apartment complex is overpriced for the quality of what you get. Summer's are not pleasant here. Especially if you live on the second floor. You can count on your AC running constantly, therefore, a high energy bill. The pool has random hours every week. Sometimes only open for 3 hours, and closed random days of the week. I have seen decent 3 bedroom homes with garages (AFTER I moved in here unfortunately) cost less than what I pay monthly here, for a two bedroom. One month we got behind on rent by only two or three days; I get woken up at 7am on a Saturday to a man delivering court papers to me for failure to pay rent! The maintenance is pretty nice and on top of things...although I did have to threaten that I had a lawyer in the family at one point because our dishwasher wasn't working and they weren't coming to fix it for several months! The maintenance men are great...I just think they are super understaffed and can't get to 'non-emergency' repairs in a timely manner.
