Property Ratings at Oak Grove Apartments

Oak Grove Rd. Apartment
It is in a rather small complex of only 18 apartments. There is plenty of parking and all of the neighbors seem really nice. And the parking lot is lit well at night. We have been looking for an apartment for a while. Most of the apartments we have viewed don't have washer and dryer hook ups. However, this one is better it has a washer and dryer in it. We thought this was great! It is 2 bedroom, 1 and a half baths, and a great success kitchen for an apartment, much larger than what most have. There have been done general wear and tear problems, but the landlord has made sure that everything is going to be fixed. We are still selling in, but after everything is moved in and we have made it our home I would have to say it's a good value for the price.
