Dis not a good place to stay at because I call them 3 or 4 time yall yesterday. Leaving voicemails and all no call back or nothing.
We just moved in in July, after looking all over town trying to find somewhere that was both affordable but also nice enough and had staff that I felt confident would keep us safe and happy during our time here. We have loved everything about our experience both during the leasing and since move on, We had to call maintenance for just a few little things and everything has been answered immediately , quickly and the individuals that we've worked with have been nothing but kind. I would absolutely recommend but this area and this company to lease with to any one of my friends or family.
The young ladies in the front office gets things done day or night. The keep the graas cut and groom. Overall if you need something done they tend to it asap. Keep the the good works ladies.
They are liars... After I paid holding fee for unit I was told that the unit wouldn't be ready until 3 months later because they had to do an eviction... I declined off and requested a refund... Let's just say 3 months later still no refund... Now all of my "information is lost"...now I have to wait an additional 60 days for money that I'll probably never see again... Do not rent here!

I am a widowed, senior citizen. I moved from a three bedrooms, two baths residential home. I really like not having to worry about mowing the lawn and having maintenance provided. The apartments provide plenty of storage space and I am pleased with the renovations that have been made. I do not particularly like unnecessary comments, entering my apartment without calling first and would prefer a hand-written notice if I am in default of any company policies. No complaints with the apartments though. I knew what I was leasing.

Hello, I am Courtney Doss and I think this apartments complex is the BEST one that I stayed in. I love my 2 bedroom apartment for me and my daughter. I love all the workers they are the best and they help me when I need help with something and Ms. Terra goes out of her way to make sure my daughter and I are ok here. We are really happy here.. And anybody would love to live here too......
Let me start by saying I have been here since 2008 and have seen little change other then managers and staff coming and going. Not much interest from the owners till now. "Thank God" because just like homes apartments needs maintenance as well. I have always felt safe with police department across the street and security at night, now we have an area for the kids to play. My granddaughter even enjoy it when she visits with me as well. I am so pleased to see the changes being made to our complex/homes. We have a manager that care about our complex and the tenant and now it looks like we have owners that do as well. I really like it here. Keep up the good work! Looks like I'm signing another lease. A.D.

Oak Garden has really improved since my wife and I been living here. You all have been working hard trying to making it a safe and better living community over here. I'm really pleased with the night security and I think it was a great idea and we all feel safer knowing they are out there day and night. Also the playground was really nice for the kids here and the kids have somewhere to play. My name is Ed Stacey. I have lived at Oak Gardens for about 4 years. I do a lot of traveling for my job. But I never have to worry if I am gone for 30 days or 3 months. The office and maintenance staff keeps an eye out on things for me. I always check with Mike when i leave and come back from a trip. Never had any problems. Mike puts forth a effort to take care of the tenants. The remodels have been long over due. We that live here appreciate what is taking place. Being that this place was built in the 1940s We also appreciate the care that is given to maintaining the lawn and the outside of the apartments. If we do have a problem the staff is on top of it. The inside and out side lift will bring these apartments up to date as they should be. Thank you Ed Stacey
I'm Kristie and I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with my daughter. I have live here at Oak Garden for a year and we love it here and my daughter and I love the new playground. I am very happy with my 1 bedroom apartment, new carpet and fresh paint walls. And the office staff is very friendly, and if i have any problems they always take care of it in a timely manner. The new management seem to be making positive changes here and I like it!!!!! Ms.Roberson
