Property Ratings at Oak Creek Apartments
Worst move in experience. Apartment was still dirty and cleaning crew never showed up. I had to clean before I moved in. Landlord was unconcerned and lackadaisical when it came to addressing my concerns. Don’t recommend.
The staff is so helpful and answers every question I have very fast. They are great people and truly care about wanting to make your experience here phenomenal! I would recommend to anybody!
Was able to get me into an apartment quick, and work with me on my time frame. Staff was amazing!! Super excited to live here

OakCreek Pays Residents 150 for 5 star reviews!!! Do not lease here!!!Management will lure you in with a 99 move in and an immediate opening only to bait and switch you after you have gone through the application process. The management does not have the empathy or experience to handle basic problems. I was lied to through the application process and luckily there were so many red flags throughout the process I decided to move on. I have reached out to management about the incompetent staff and the mis leading promises. Oak Creek Apartments has 5 star reviews is because they waive the 150 dollar admin fee if you leave a positive review. That to me is unethical. Do yourself a favor and move away from Oak Creek Apartments
I would most definitely not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is one of the more affordable apartments in the area, but I wish I had paid the extra money each month to have a better experience. When I moved in, the apartment had not been cleaned and smelled like pet. I had to clean the apartment myself. At least two months while I was living here, I received an eviction notice after I had paid my rent in full BEFORE it was due. Thankfully, I always ask for receipts and was able to get it straightened out. If this were the only issue, perhaps I could overlook it. Unfortunately, I also had to deal with neighbors who played loud music until 3am sometimes. I called the security officer several times and he never responded. (I wanted to resolve it with the apartment before calling the police). I caught another tenant peeping through my windows several times, and I know that other tenants had the same problem. Management never took our concern seriously. I thought things would get better when the complex changed ownership; after all, one of the first things they did was resurface the parking lot (which was full of potholes before the resurfacing). This is why I stayed another year. Unfortunately, most of these things did not get better. One month, tenants were undercharged by about $10. Since utilities vary every month, I was unaware that an error had been made until I received an eviction warning if I chose not to pay the $10 balance. When I brought up the concern with management, they admitted that the error had been theirs and that they gave these notices to EVERY tenant. They did not seem to understand that this was not the way to go about fixing their error. I would have been happy to pay the $10 if they had explained that they had made an error and apologized rather than threatening eviction. After I moved out, I was charged a cleaning fee and a pet treatment fee. While I did clean the apartment rather thoroughly, I understand a cleaning fee, since I may have missed a few things in the stress of moving. The pet fee, however, was uncalled for, since not a single pet, not even a friend's pet ever set foot in my apartment the entire time I lived there. I have rented more than half a dozen apartments, and I have never before had issues like those I experience while living at Oak Creek. I am writing this review because I wish I had this information before I chose to sign a lease with them. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will almost certainly regret it.
I have loved living at Oak Creek. The staff is kind and helpful. I had a maintenance request that was fulfilled promptly. There have been nice upgrades and they keep the property clean. I have had a great experience living here.
The apartment complex has nice people just crappie Maintenance I like it here just can be Stressful Sometimes with the maintenance people
