Property Ratings at Oak Court
Oak Court is ideal for families. It is close to bike paths and parks. They have a great pet policy too.
I'ved lived here for a couple of years and haven't any issues being a resident here.
Oak court is a very lovely place to live Quiet community and safe surrounding. The staff is wonderful and always do they best to provide great service and fast!
I live in Goldmark apartments since 2009, and I am happy to notice that the services remain excellent.
Though the community office moved to University Square, the personnel is performing excellent work regarding the communication for apartment improvement and technical support. My garage key did not function and I received it the following day after I dropped it there for repair.
Oak court was good to live because Quite place to live and Having supportive maintenance.
They’ve got roaches. Bad. I had pest control come get rid of them, and 2 weeks later, they’re back. This whole building is filthy

Overall the Oak Court facility is a great place to live nice neighbors, convenient location near interstate but off any major roads so low traffic. The walking/biking trail right out the front door is very nice too.
I have only been a resident for about 1 1/2 months but so far I have been happy here.
