Nothing positive to say..
The list of negative things related to living here is extremely long. So , here are just a few: 1. Management: Horrible to say the least. She has no people skills whatsoever. Talks to tenants in the most disrespectful manor. Like we are below her or something. Constantly harassed via text/calls at all hours of the day and night. Plus she refuses to fix or update anything. Maintenance: I honestly don't even know who our maintenance personnel are. Never have they come to look at any of the requests that have been put in for repairs. Since, no one has bothered to come look we still have numerous issues, sinking in the floors, leaking sink in the kitchen, bathtub not sealed to name a few, still not fixed. Other Tenants: The only way to describe most of the other people that live here are drug users/dealers. I dont mind pot smokers or even cigarette smokers. Nut when you get the chemically smell in your house from the downstairs neighbors almost constantly, it starts to get to you a bit. On top of the drug use there is the fighting all hours of the day and night and the disrespectful and destructive children no one watches outside. All in all if I had any other options of places to live I would have moved already. But Covid-19 has prevented that.
