Novus on Cobb Apartments

AC has been broken for a month they don’t care. Don’t move here and save your money for this overpriced piece of garbage.

If you would have asked me a month ago, i would have definitely recommended this place, i have 2 small children and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable in my environment with the prompt maintenance team who i would see every day, making their rounds, keeping the neighborhood clean and securing the property. I just renewed my lease and then was informed they have gone under new management. I am hoping and praying that they are just working out the kinks and getting their team together because this past month has been the worst I’ve ever seen it. It has been way more dirty, to the point that i am picking up trash when i am walking outside, i complained about broken glass outside of my building that has been there all week, and it is STILL there. I’ve seen what seems to be homeless people hanging around here these last couple of weeks and there’s a bunch of shopping carts behind the dumpster which I’m not sure why they are there? But i hope it’s not turning into a homeless community. I’ve seen SO many bugs in my apartment these last couple of weeks, i requested pest control, but from my knowledge they haven’t come out yet, and there has been an eviction notice on my downstairs neighbors door, with trash sitting outside of their apartment, for weeeeks, so I don’t understand why no one has been in the apartment to clean it out yet, that’s probably causing more bugs in my home. I would have never signed to renew my lease if i knew this community would be going in this direction.

I submitted an application two weeks ago I have yet to receive any information regarding it. I paid $67 for nothing, I would like my money back considering I didn't even get the proper treatment as an applicant. No information, no screening. They just took my money

The roaches are horrible. No matter how many times you have pest control come out it doesn't help. The community is pretty quiet and well maintained.

these apartments are to small and close together to even have the price that it has, teenagers turn on the water hose and flood the pool. teenagers been starting fights for no reason. police have been called to the neighborhood all summer long.

while searching for a place to move to, I came across Lexington Park. The customer service from the leasing staff was excellent. My visit to the property was excellent as well. Looking forward to seeing the property's growth. Definitely recommend the property to others looking for a quiet family oriented community.

It's beautiful and spacious. A play area for my kids. A swimming pool for me. And a cozy home for my family.

Cumberland Run has nice apartment layouts and a great pool. The dish washer is also a huge plus. The bad things definitely outweigh the good things here. The biggest problem I came across were the roaches. I noticed them the first week I moved in. The property manager will tell you that pest control comes around but that doesn't help and I never see them. The laundry room is full of them! Never go in there at night. Don't go at all if you have the option. Maintenance has forgotten about orders I put in twice already and it took them a month to Put a new lock on my mailbox when I lost my key. The worst part is they lost the spare that they were supposed to keep then charged me to replace the entire lock. By the way, them making you a single new key is $30, but a lock it that comes with two keys is $15. The pool is never open either. Not because of cleaning or because it's broken maintenance just doesn't unlock it if you don't ask and if the leasing office is closed you can never track them down.
