My experience has been wonderful. From administration to maintenance, they have been helpful and supportive. If you’re looking for a community environment, this is it. I lived in another complex and it wasn’t as welcoming as where I live now.
Moving into this apartment has been a great experience. The leasing process was smooth, and the apartment was clean, modern, and move-in ready. I love the natural light and smart layout—it already feels like home. The amenities like the gym, tavern, and dog spa are top-notch and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and there’s a real sense of community. I’m so happy I chose to live here and would absolutely recommend it!

I love living at NOVEL. The people, amenities and staff are unlike any you’d find at another apartment complex. There is a great Apartment Life team here that hosts cool events too. Only complaints is parking has gotten packed and certain walkways could use a pressure wash clean. The pool area is also great but furniture and chairs could be upgraded.

Every single staff member here from the office to maintenance has been super helpful and welcoming. I honestly enjoy being around the office staff they are the best everrr! I decided to follow my gut and pre-leased, that was the best decision I could've made. When I saw the property I was so stunned and excited. I knew I made the right decision. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. I never have to drive more than 10 mins for any of my errands. The property is beautiful and the amenities are amazing as well as inclusive. This apartment is really centered around being a community and I love that. They have games everywhere and tons of offices and study rooms available for use (so theres no fighting). Just see for yourself! If I could give a billion stars I would.

Phenomenal place to live. It’s clean. The community of people is so friendly! Office staff are very helpful and pleasant. Shout out to Jacob! He’s got phenomenal people skills. We toured with him and signed lease with him. Maintenance is super responsive. Service request was completed within 24 hours. It’s really fun here too! They put on multiple events a month to be able to connect neighbors.

Property is well-maintained and always clean, which is a big plus. The amenities are nice, but my only complaint is that the coffee machine is occasionally out of service, or there aren’t any cups available when I want to grab a coffee.

Everyone here is amazing. Maintenance, leasing office, other residents, everyone. Gym is very nice along with the rest of the amenities. Cannot complain about anything there. Apartment does not feel real every day I walk in and see how nice everything this. This is not your normal apartment complex where every corner is cut. This was built with everything thought out and an actual care for the residents was kept in thought during the whole process.

I feel compelled to share my experience at Novel Parkway, as my initial enthusiasm has turned into serious concern. When I first moved in, I was captivated by the community's charm and amenities. I was even willing to stretch my budget to live here, believing it would feel like a resort. Unfortunately, that perception has changed. Over the past few months, I have witnessed a gradual decline in the quality of the community. The dog park has become an unsightly mess, with dog waste left unaddressed and rules seemingly unenforced. The single grill available for resident use has broken down, and rather than investing in repairs, management appears more interested in superficial enhancements like murals that offer little benefit to residents. Additionally, a newly added grill is rarely cleaned, raising concerns about food safety. The cabana screens are often inoperable, and the Wi-Fi is so unreliable that my devices struggle to connect, even when I'm right next to the router. While I appreciate the occasional social events, they have been frequently canceled or altered without clear communication. The promise of amenities, such as complimentary beer for residents, feels hollow when genuine issues arise, like noise disturbances or problems with package security. Our Butterfly system, which has allowed non-residents access for weeks due to ongoing issues, poses a significant liability for our community. Most troubling is the apparent lack of empathy from the staff. While I commend the maintenance team for their outstanding service—always friendly and knowledgeable—the overall experience has been disappointing. If the conditions at Novel Parkway do not improve, I will have to reconsider my lease renewal. I sincerely hope to see a return to the high standards that initially attracted me to this community.

The system to get in has been broken for over 2 weeks now so that’s been pretty frustrating but the amenities are very nice and the community is very welcoming. If there’s an issue in the apartment itself they are quick to respond and do there best to fix it.

Overall the experience has been fine. Maintenance is amazing and the leasing off staff is pleasant. The other residents don’t seem to take care of shared spaces; hallways, elevators, don’t pick up after dogs, etc.

I like living here. Sometimes the people above me are loud and the parking isn’t great but it’s an awesome community. The people that work here are great and really helpful. I recommend moving here. It’s a really nice apartment.

Community is stunning. Office staff is very nice. Had a few maintenance issues as the first people to live in the unit but keeping the review at 5 stars due to the helpfulness of the staff getting those things fixed.

I live in a community that truly inspires and makes me happy every day. There is an incredibly friendly atmosphere here - neighbors are always ready to help, say hello or just support a conversation. It is especially nice that there are often joint events: from fairs to small parties, which helps everyone get closer and feel part of something bigger. Safety and order here are also at the highest level, which creates a feeling of confidence and calm. This community has everything to call it home, where you want to return again and again!

I love how Novel has frequent activities for the community. I attended the Champagne send off NY’s Eve and it was very nice. There was another activity last night but I didn’t attend.

Overall experience was good. Disappointed there is not more grass spaces for the dog. Had a plumbing issue when first moved but it was corrected quick. Had lots of mess to clean up afterwards though.
