Their kindness and creativity have truly transformed this community into more than just a place to live—it feels like home. Beth The Leasing manager was so helpful throughout the process . She had Great communication , quick responses and helped me from start to finish . I really appreciated her assistance and being readily available with any concern i had . It was a great transition from out of state with her help. Unfortunately, our experience of staying here was very disappointing for us, the apartments cost a lot of money and therefore, accordingly, there were high hopes for this. The walls are very thin here and day and night you will hear noise and conversation and barking dogs. There is construction going on here and this turned out to be a big test. Also, the apartments are built absolutely poorly and every day you notice more minuses than pluses and this is very disappointing for me. I do not recommend moving here. I do not understand why there is such a high rating here. It is completely unjustified. Every day I regret moving to this place.

Living in this apartment community has been a great experience! The neighborhood is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels safe, with friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are excellent, including clean common areas, a well-equipped gym, and a beautiful pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The management team is responsive and always helpful, making sure any maintenance requests are handled quickly. Plus, the location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home!
The inside is nice and the people are friendly. The apartments are very modern and sleek.

The front office staff is outstanding and very friendly. Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance, which is great. And, the nature trail out back towards the lake is nice. Pool looks nice, but haven't used it yet. And I still haven't been to the Sky Lounge!!

Nice building with a lot of amenities. GREAT office staff; very amenable and friendly. Big pool, a billiards table, several “party spaces to bbq and watch a game on the flat screens with friends. And plenty of spots to walk to, like restaurants, a bar, Walmart and Lowe’s across the street. Move in!

I’m new to the area, and this was the first apartment complex I looked at. I immediately fell in love. I thought “surely, they must all be like this; I must keep looking” As I continued looking, I kept coming back to this one. Truly I could not find another apartment complex that was as amazing as this one, and within a reasonable budget. Beth was so sweet, I had a million questions and she was patient with them all, allowing me to re-tour as many times as I needed. She promptly answered every email and if she happened to be busy, she immediately got back to me the second she had a chance. Truly, this place has been so great, and I’m very happy with choosing here.

Novel is a gorgeous and modern apartment. Amenities make you feel like you’re in a resort. Neighbors are very friendly and the whole complex is nice and quiet. Beth and her team are the sweetest people, which was one of the main reasons I chose Novel.

NOVEL Nona is a brand new apartment complex built by Crescent which is a double edged sword. They need to work out some of the bugs that come up with new construction but overall is a fantastic place to live. While being in the hub of lake Nona you have the closest access to the highway on the road, everyone is always happy to see you, and the amenities are absolutely incredible.

After an exhaustive search for my new community I came upon an oasis in Novel Nona, Boutique like community with extremely fine finishes and amazing pool area. Doesn't feel like you're in a small city of apartments, This is luxe and the Staff was amazing..... The Property Manager Sam was incredibly helpful and nice. Natalie toured me and was thorough in her explanation of the property and my 100 questions she answered to my satisfaction. I visited all the properties in Lake Nona and this by far is the best, a little bit pricier, but you get what you pay for - 5 stars.......

My family and I are relocating back to central Florida and when I tell you Beth has made this such a seamless transition already for us, I mean it! She was able to work with our move-in timeline and budget. She also accommodated us by providing a virtual tour. So far, we have had a great experience with the staff and application process!
