I moved to Tampa for the first time for a job following graduation. Novel Midtown was one of the nicest, most accommodating, and geographically convention places I could find in over 4 months of apartment searching. Loving living here so far! It's quiet, people are respectful and the common areas are clean. Only opportunity I really see are the smells in the elevators, I know that the trash valet is the driving cause of this but still unpleasant at times.

People don't take care of the community. Carpets and tile is always dirty. Security is basically non-existent and it's supposed to be a non-smoking community yet so many people smoke weed off there balcony's. Only give it 3 stars because Scarlet and Emily have been nice and helpful while living here the past year.

Amenities are great, but when I moved in my apartment was filthy, broken garbage disposal, water filter needed to be replaced, the first items I dropped off after receiving my keys went missing, my washer smelled of mold, the light fell out of the ceiling and there seemed to be pest issue with spiders coming out of the walls of the apartment.

This is a beautiful community with great stores and places to eat steps away. I think the noise above me and the lack of residents following the rules with no accountability is sad. I think the leasing office folks are nice but the communication and follow up could improve.

If you want amenities, luxury, peace, accessibility to restaurants airport, etc Novel Apartment complex is the place to live. The Paul area is amazing and the beautiful huge work area is architecturally satisfying along with our beautiful entrance.

Living at Novel Midtown Tampa has been a major disappointment. The walls are paper-thin, noise is constant, and management is unresponsive. Maintenance takes forever, and the amenities—while advertised as “luxury”—are often overcrowded or poorly maintained. Parking is a headache, and guest access is nearly impossible. For the price, it’s just not worth it. Look elsewhere.

I really wanted to like Novel Midtown Tampa, but it’s been a major letdown. The building looks nice, but that’s where the positives end. Noise is a constant issue—thin walls, loud neighbors, and street traffic make it hard to relax. Maintenance is slow, elevators break down frequently, and management is unresponsive when you need help. For the price, the service and quality should be way better. Parking is also a nightmare, especially for guests. It’s all style, no substance. Definitely not worth the rent.

Overall I really love the complex and events. The staff are extremely friendly and always so nice, even when you see them outside of working hours. The complex is gorgeous and it’s very quiet within the unit.

Beware of this apartment building. As a former resident, I can confidently say that the management team is more concerned with lining their pockets than providing a safe and comfortable living environment. The apartments are infested with mold, and the constant construction noise is unbearable. But what's even more disturbing is the blatant disregard for residents' well-being. The management team is only interested in making a quick buck, and they'll stop at nothing to get it. They'll woo you with a fancy tour and false promises, but once you sign the lease, you're on your own. Don't expect any help or support when things go wrong. And they will go wrong. The building is overrun with Airbnb guests, who are clearly the management team's priority. Residents are treated like second-class citizens, and it's clear that we're just an afterthought. Save yourself the stress and find a different place to live. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Deciding to live at Novel is the best decision I could have made. I looked at 7 different properties before deciding this was where I wanted to live. From the second I walked in for my tour, I was greeted by the wonderful Scarlett with such a warm and positive welcome. Everything I had seen online lived up to and surpassed the expectations in real life. Any question I had, Scarlett was able to answer. Be it that day, or the days leading up to the actual move in- she was very prompt in her response time and made the transition incredibly easy. Everytime I walk through the front doors and she’s there, I am greeted with that same smile and energy I was on the first day I came to tour it. The building is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and the community is very kind. 10/10 would recommend living here! No other leasing agent or property stood out the way Scarlett and Novel did. But

Love the complex. Communication compared to other places I've lived before is phenomenal. Staff is also kind and polite. Maintenance is also very quick even on no urgent issues

I had a very difficult time at first, but as the months continued I became familiar with my surroundings and really enjoy all the closeness of the restaurants and shops.

Love it here! Will continue to renew my lease again and again. Beautiful accommodations and helpful friendly staff. I do wish the pool was heated or that there was a hot tub or sauna so we could enjoy the amenities year round

The staff is extremely friendly. They are always willing to take care of any issues immediately. Everything is kept clean. Communication via text by staff is on point whenever something important needs to be told to all residents.
