This is the most beautiful apartment complex. It is more like home Living, however in a resort. The grounds are beautiful and kept up to a very high degree. The workout facilities are gorgeous. This place is more like a spa than an apartment complex. The staff is amazing and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this place. On a scale from one to 10 I give it 100.

NOVEL Harpeth Heights is one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! The office staff is SO kind and incredible. All of my concerns have been handled in a timely manner. The maintenance team is awesome too! They show up within an hour of the request being placed and are professional and kind. Overall an incredible place to live and would 1000% recommend.

We planned to move down the street and changed our minds because of the service from a very similar location the day before signing our lease. This is truly the La Jolla of Nashville!! It’s so incredible how friendly the staff and the maintenance people are to the residence. The grounds are like nothing I’ve ever seen. They keep it up beautifully. The management is outstanding. This is like living in a luxury resort. The Appartements are designed with a tremendous amount of storage. The kitchen is spacious with a lot of cabinets. The closets are huge!! The pools and landscaping and design reminds my of Hawaii!!! I can’t say enough good things about living her.

This is the most amazing apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. The amenities are nothing I would’ve ever dreamt. This apartment complex is designed with peace and harmony and a holistic experience. Ariel and Louisa extend this experience with their amazing help and gracious support and hospitality. The apartment complex is built around 2 saltwater heated pools along with beautiful workout facility!! They have even thought of a facility where you can wash your dog. This is truly amazing. I honestly have never experienced anything like this. I went from a 3500 square-foot home into an 1100 square-foot apartment and I’m so much happier here. The apartment layouts allow for plenty of storage. There are two absolutely huge walk-in closets and tons of cabinet space. Every apartment has a balcony!!! I have put this apartment complex on Facebook because I really truly believe that anyone that is lucky enough to live here should experience this at least once in their life!! I don’t know how they do it, but the rental is so reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a house to rent. There’s plenty of space here and more amenities than you can ever imagine.

NHH has been a great place to live. Clean, great amenities and location, but these things come at a premium. I would suggest potential residence to shop around and be clear on all charges to make sure they bring value to their bottom line.
