In fact, Quincy Center houses the United States First Parish Church, which is the location of both President John Adams and his son, President John Quincy Adams’ burial sites.
If you become a resident of this vibrant town, you can visit the Adams’ birthplaces and explore their historic homes, which are the oldest presidential birthplaces in the country. If you’re a political history buff, Quincy Center is the place for you! With an abundance of upscale apartments and the occasional historic house, condo, and townhome, finding your perfect rental in this area should be a breeze.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Nova Quincy
I've lived in Nova Quincy for a year, and it's the best apartment I've ever had. It's newly built at a great location with easy access to train station, grocery stores and all kinds of facilities. Great management staff and environment with a competitive living cost. It's worthy to be your next home.
The area is a construction site, fire alarm in the building seems to be going off every week, rude management, No amenities... to list a few
I don't recommend this place at all. Think twice before signing the lease contract with them. Even though we asked for a sunny apartment, they gave us an apartment that has no exit to the sun at all. In fact, our window exits not to the street, but to the common area, so it's like living in a box. This resulted in panic attacks and even though they endanger our lives they want us to pay more than $5000 to cancel our contract. Again, think before you go there.
They don't care about new residents. Sometimes, the management staff would be rude.
